크리스마스를 기념하여 미리 방문한 레스케이프 호텔이였는데 너무 즐거웠습니다~ 제가 착오가 있어서 욕조가 없는 호텔을 예약해서 당황했는데 체크인 과정을 도와주실 때 욕조가 있는 객실로 너무 친절하게 바꿔주셔서 기억에 크게 남네요. 다시 한 번 감사드립니다~

They have the smart device called genie, it works magically as described with just a call on its’ name, I was able to utilise the functionality of the room. Occasionally they will provide free treats when I came back to my room which is also a nice touch to have for the guest. Hope to visit this hotel when I am in seoul once again :)

Uniquely stylish hotel with large rooms in the heart of Seoul, with 5-star service. We were staying in a suite with Savory Lounge access included. The spacious room had top-notch equipment, breakfast was a nice set-menu with various choices for a main, but our champion was a person working in the lounge who made us feel super welcome, gave us spot-on restaurant recommendations and even managed to get us a rice cooker delivered straight to our hotel room from an korean online store. It was a five-star stay even without them going extra mile for us, but this just made sure if I come back to Seoul I'll work my hardest to have another stay here.

捨てる為に置いてきた、ジャケットでしたが、帰国後、わざわざ電話をかけてくださいました。日本語対応可能かと思っていましたが、英語でした。今の時代は、英語なんだなぁと思いました。ホテルは、綺麗で、素敵でした。このホテルに泊まりたくて、旅行の計画を立てたので、想像通りのホテルで、満足しています。また、泊まりたいです。時間の関係で、BARに行けなかったので、次は、BARにも行ってみたいです。

會賢站7號出口步行1分鐘就到飯店，跨越馬路就到新世界百貨，南大門市場在飯店後方步行約7分鐘，裡面有很多小吃可以做選擇，大推晉州家牛尾湯，散步約12分鐘即到明洞商圈，飯店房間都很寬敞舒適但燈光真的有點暗，逛了一天回來還有浴缸可以泡澡放鬆，值得推薦的飯店。

This was my second stay at the hotel and I will return. The rooms are spacious, private and incredibly comfortable, and I just love staying at this hotel. I love the over-the-top décor and the amazing bathtub in the bathroom. The hotel location is also convenient with many shopping and dinning options within walking distance. The closest entrance to the metro is just 20 meters away.

The hotel was beautiful and conveniently situated. Our room was very comfortable and the digital room assistant was a cool touch. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is the lighting. The low lighting creates the parisian luxury vibe that the hotel is going for, but I can imagine the safety issue it could bring up...especially in the hallways and elevators.

Such a great hotel! The staff were amazing, gave us great recommendations for area spots, the subway entrance is literally right outside the hotel, markets within 2-5 minute walks. Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable rooms. Fantastic drinks on the top floor, great views of namsam. Would definitely stay here again.
