The place is near shops, subway and airport bus. Peoples there are friendly and helpful . Downside the room is small in size that is hard to fully open medium to large size luggage inside the room

Lokasi di pusat myeongdong, kamar akan menjadi sangat sempit apabila membawa banyak bagasi. Early check in tidak bisa, sekitar jam 3 sore, kamar baru ready

Aku sangat suka stay disini, lokasi benar benar strategis, saya tinggal selama 5 malam disini, dan semua staff sangat ramah dan membantu, Lokasi hanya berjalan -/+ 3 menit dari myeongdong station exit 7, aahh kalian yang solo traveling, silakan coba untuk tidur di dormitory, menyenangkan dan bersih sekali

Lokasinya bener-bener strategis, deket banget sama exit 7 myeongdong station dan bus stop, kamar bersih, staffnya ramah banget, boleh nitip bagasi seharian, dan dikasih gift sheetmask pas checkout. Gak ada nyeselnya sih nginep disini

Pros
- Room is superb clean and well maintained
- Excellent location; superb near to subway and Myeongdong shopping
- Great service provided by staff
- Simple breakfast provided
- Pantry area is good for supper for outside food
Cons
- Small room; challenging if we have many or big luggages
- Room not sound proof
- Central aircon can work better; prob the room is too small and the warm air made the room stuffy during winter
Based on the price and location, is valued for money. It’s a comfy stay for our family:)

Our room is clean
Friendly and accommodating staff.
Superb location
Quiet even though shops and train station are nearby
Good service
Breakfast is good as well

The facility is clean, well kept - great! The owner is Super honest, we accidentally left a wallet behind after we checked out. When we realised and went back to the hotel, all the content is in tact - a huge stack of the money and cards. Hard to find such honest people these day. Excellent service as well! Worth every dollar spent.
P.S: breakfast is provided as well as wash machines to wash your clothes!

The location is superb and very convenient. Place is clean and well kept. One huge plus point is e staffs are friendly and helpful. As I m using SAFEX for e delivery of my luggage to the airport, the staff kindly helped me call e SAFEX office to ensure things are in order. This gesture was done without me asking. They jus make every attempt to put their visitors at ease. Highly recommended. Will b back again.

First time came to Korea and travelled solo .. hence stayed in philstay for 3 nights before I travel to another part of Seoul.
Firstly, love this place as its Super convenient. Easily access to subway within 2 mins . Clean and of course the host are really friendly too!
I would definitely comeback and stay in philstay again when I comeback to Korea!😊
