The location is far away from the crowded part of Seoul City, yet it is quite well connected by public buses and subway - nearest is Suyu station, few bus stops away 9but cheaper to take a cab that costs less than $4000 Wons just to get connected with the subway system. In fact Suyu is a good place to visit for food - many small eateries that serve mostly the locals than tourists.
The rooms in this hotel are of fairly reasonable size, generally cater to 3-5 persons, thus quite perfect for small family. The price is reasonable compared with those nearer the city or down town. It is clean, with free wifi and relatively fast connection with Internet - also a small "business counter" opposite the lobby counter for guests who need to go online - free again. That is a plus point for people who need to check emails from time to time but did not bring their laptops.
Bed is good, reasonable bright lighting for reading, big screen wall mounted TV - except that this hotel subscribed to mainly Korean channels, no CNN, BBC, CNBC etc- which is a minus point especially for critical period of the city is in the wrong side of news of MERS, and when foreign guests are likely to be concerned and wanting to find out more through the TV media.
The hotel is near a hilly park (30 minutes walking). good for those who need exercise early in the morning.
