I am business traveler and stayed at many fine hotel around the world. The staff at this hotel are unprofessional and incompetent. I ordered take out delivery from my room. I notified the front desk of the delivery. The staff doesn't communicate amongs each other. When the restaurant call to verify delivery , the staff said they didn't know. Remind you, I called front desk after I order the food. Finally, after all the run around, I received my delivery. The staff at this hotel never apologize for their miscommunication among themselves instead lecturing me. Telling me how to place take out. This is not my first time experiencing this with the staff. I will never stay at Sheraton Grand Song-do!
