My daughter and I had a fabulous trip in Madrid. Retiro Park, the Royal Palace, Puerto del Sol, shopping, restaurants all were within walking distance. Loved that we had a coffee tray in the room and there is a grocery shop right next door for anything we needed. The lower floors were quite noisy at night as the dance clubs go til 6am- so request a higher floor or pack a white noise machine just in case. Staff was wonderful and spoke English well. They assisted in calling a taxi and held our luggage when we arrived early. Will definitely stay again!

The restaurant next door was excellent and the grocery store next to it was so convenient. Noise from other rooms and the halls could be heard too well but that’s the only negative. Staff were fantastic.

Location is fantastic and the staff very helpful. took a while to work the hob out but good old youtube to rescue. bit of noise from the street but felt apart of the city (if that sounds right)
I would reccomend and would stay again

I've come back to 11th Principe, this time just myself. we discovered last thos jewel last year with the family, and now in Madrid for business, I decided to come alone.
Another type of room, a big studio, with everything I would need. Excellent service, indeed, they have records of my last visit, and asked me for the family!!!! They make you fell like at home!!!

We were there for 5 days with our two kids, it was perfect and the people working there are amazing, friendly and very nice with the kids. The rooms are very clean and have all the necessary material for babies. I highly recommend this place. Also it is so close from everything but not even noisy at night.
