To begin with, I got a busy room three times. Every single time I went up I found there were customers inside. Since the receptionists don't speak Good English, I didn't understand any of the explanations they gave me.
Despite assured me the principal would talk to me, waited for three days. In an ugly room, heartless, undecored, and facing a schoolyard. The three days I went to the front desk I was able to check the carelessness for helping me. Hotel staff sipping coffee and laughing. Disrespectful people who think tourists don't deserve respect.
On departure day , I could see that I had had the "lady director" every day right under my nose. She had avoided giving explanations. An old lady wearing glasses and dark hair, with a screaming voice that could be heard all around the hall.
Thanks for nothing. It's not the hotel profile I'm looking for.
