Magnifique complexe ! la formule my favorite club est un plus qui rendra votre séjour inoubliable ! un personnel charmant dont certains parlent tres bien le français Que du positif ! 2 points juste a améliorer - le wifi reste le point noir - un peu plus de fruits frais pendant les repas seraient le bienvenu c est évident qu on reviendra

Lovely complex with lots of pools not too far to walk into town and beach. Activities available on site such as aquafit, Zumba, Volleyball Gym, sauna and massages Food ok lots of choice not cordon bleu but fine, wine sangria and beer freely available. The Nubium restaurant open 3x a week is well worth a visit food really good but only get one visit per stay

We had a great stay here, late Sept 2023. We stayed for 5 nights. The food at the restaurant was always good, with plenty of choices and theme nights. The oriental night food was especially nice. The entertainment, especially the quiz, was good too. The pools are good size and we didn’t struggle to get a lounger any day. The resort is a bit difficult to get around and would benefit with a bit more signage, and more knowledge on what is available to guests.

Great place to visit with children. We had a great time. Short ride a beautiful beach. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, food was great too. If you just want to relax and let your children run free this is the place.

This is a beautiful hotel, very well run with amazing staff and lovely surrounds. The rooms are large, spacious and spotlessly clean, and bathrooms are a very generous size too. The grounds are attractive and well kept, and really nice to walk around to enjoy the scenery and the natural beauty. This is predominantly a hotel guide for families with kids, but there are definitely areas where you can find peace and quiet, especially the Plaza pool where the setting is peaceful and idyllic. The food and drinks were fine, the wine on tap works too! It’s the staff that really make the hotel experience, all of them friendly and happy with a smile on their face and a greeting for you. Special thanks to Luisa on reception and to Georgia on Guest services who were both engaging and delightful.

We have been coming to this place since about a decade. While it is noticeable that COVID and the global economic crisis have forced the administration to cut back on some services that made the former "Atlantis" an outstanding facility the rooms are still fabulous, food choices varied and delicious, and the proximity to Coralejo and the dunes perfect.

Perfekt för barnfamilj! Flera olika pooler, bra aktiviteter & gym och en bra barnklubb som hittade på aktiviteter till de minsta. Maten var god, men hela restaurang-upplevelsen hade kunnat förbättras. Om samma mat blivit serverad i en miljö som var lite charmigare, hade hela upplevelsen av hotellet blivit betydligt bättre. Men fantastiskt trevligt med fin trädgård, fina poolområden mm.

Tuvimos una experiencia muy buena. El recibimiento por parte del hotel fue excelente y aunque no nos dieron la habitación hasta mediodía, pudimos estar desde antes usando las instalaciones del Hotel. Estuvimos en el Hotel Bahía Real porque nos avisaron antes de nuestra llegada de que nos cambiaban ya que iban a estar cerrados. Solo tuvimos un pequeño problema porque al entrar en la habitación una de las toallas estaba con un chicle pegado y cuando fuimos a recepción para protestar, la persona que estaba en el turno de tarde no estuvo muy acertada ya que contestó de malas maneras diciendo que no podía tocar la toalla cuando el problema no era nuestro pero si que tengo que decir que una de las personas de limpieza que estaba en el pasillo me acerqué a ella y súper amable nos dió dos toallas pero desde luego la persona de recepción que era una mujer en el turno de tarde fue bastante desagradable. La situación que vivimos la sabemos todos pero creo que hay maneras de decir las cosas sobre todo cuando estás de cara al público. La pena no acordarme del nombre. Ese fue el único problema porque después el resto del hotel estupendo. El personal del restaurante encantador tanto durante la comida como de la cena y desayuno.

Resort is very good. We stayed in one of the suites next to the mini club. Rooms are very bright and modern. Cleaning is excellent. Rooms are well isolated and we really enjoyed our stay. The entire structure is huge and well maintained. It’s been designed for any kind of customer at any ages. The are different restaurants around the resort. Entertainment is present in the structure mostly on the main pool in the middle of the structure. A special thanks to The crew that have entertained us during our stay. A special thanks to Giovanni, the Italian crazy guy very funny always ready to have a laugh verall a very pleasant stay. Recommended

Fantastic trip. Hotel was beautifully kept and the staff were lovely. It was my birthday whilst I was away and they even left a happy birthday note in my room on the day. Excellent New Year’s Eve party as well, the best new year I’ve had in a very long time!
