I am very pleased with my 5 days stay at Aluasun hotel with my kids All the staff were fantastic especially Maga. She explained everything to my understanding and always smilling. The food was very tasty with varieties to choose from. I will stay here over and over again and I have already recommended the hotel to my friends Thank you Aluasun for having us, we shall come back soon x

Le séjour était fantastique comme d’habitude, c’est la deuxième fois que je viens dans cet hôtel et je ne suis pas déçu!!!All exclusive est juste au top avec les glaces à volonté des boissons granita à volonté. Toute la journée quand les repas sont juste délicieux et d’une très grande qualité, n’hésitez pas à y aller.

Hotel is well presented and kept lovely an clean. Food options were great with plenty of choice. Pools are kept in great condition with nightly cleaning as is the pool area with plenty of sun beds an terraces to choose from. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the entertainment team (especially VALENTINO) will just make your holiday!! He is so much fun around the pool, happy, energetic and so friendly, I've never seen everyone laugh an smile so much around him, he makes you want to join in but doesn't push if you dont want to. He absolutely made my holiday, he loves his job an it really shows. The hotel is great but it is definitely him that would make me book again. All in all a great holiday, with plenty of laughs, smiles an a full tummy.

När grannen hade på tvn lät det lika mycket i vårat rum- som tur fick vi större rum(2rum) än vi bokat o kunde stänga dörren till vardagsrummet" Helt ok all in clusive mat buffé o inga restriktioner var man måste sitta. Mest engelska o spanska hotellgäster-trevligt Brant backe upp till hotellet.

we arrived at the hotel around 11am and was checked in immediately, we were given a room on floor 2 over looking a side street, we decided we wanted a room higher up or on the pool side of the hotel and went to reception and asked if one was available, the information sheet we where given at check in advised you could upgrade to poolside for a few extra euros a night. We were immediately given room 342 overlooking the pool at no extra charge. I had read the reviews which detailed the poolside rooms where noisy but we didn't find this a problem, once you shut the sliding doors you could't really hear anything and we all slept well - the only night we where woken was when a thunder and lightning storm hit at 2.30am, we sat on the balcony just watching the lightning oh and a naked man running up the street in the rain! (very funny). the rooms are basic, we are a family of 3 one a teenager, and the room was big enough for us. Food - was good, always a wide choice, even the fussy teenager managed to find something to eat each day - the bacon on the grill was fab! Entertainment - by the pool each day was fun - it was great watching all the activites that the kids and adults took part in. In the evening it started with "mini disco" followed by Bingo and then the "show" each night it was something different. The beach was within walking distance, as where the bars and nightclubs which where full of 18 - 30 year olds having a great time! We would go again

We were a family of 4 staying at the hotel for 1 week, wished we had booked longer! Our 10 and 7 year old had the best week, they met some lovely friends and split their time between the football pitch and pool. Entertainment staff were great for children and adults and the food is as you would expect with a 4 star all inclusive, everyone always found something to eat but we did eat out a couple of nights just for a bit of a change.

Vi var nöjda med vår vistelse på hotellet. Positivt överraskade över maten. Dock ingick det endast alkoholhaltiga drycker lunch och middag. I baren fick man betala, men till ett reducerat pris. Första gången vi bodde på ett så stort hotell så barnen var lite besvikna över att det alltid var fullt i poolen vilket gjorde att de inte kunde leka som de kunde förra året när vi bodde på ett mindre hotell. Och solstolarna upplevde vi inte räckte heller, om man inte var snabbt ute på morgonen för att lägga sin handduk på en stol vid den pool barnen ville bada i. Hotellets läge var bra. Städningen var sådär, visst man kunde be om byte av lakan, annars bäddade de bara. Nackdelen var att när de bäddade så tog de inte bort sand från sängarna. De sopade heller inte balkongen från sand. Detta var dock inget vi sa till om, så hade säkert gått att åtgärda. Vi är överlag nöjda med hotellet.
