We stayed in a cabin for one night while walking the Camino from Finisterre to Muxia. What a lovely place to stay with very helpful and pleasant owners. The cabin was lovely and gave us plenty of room and it is only a short walk to the nearby restaurant for an evening meal geared to catering for Camino walkers. Our picnic basket breakfast was different but lovely.

We stayed there in the middle of the Santiago way, between Finisterra and Muxia. The owners are extremely friendly and flexible. The rooms are spacious and clean with TV. and private bathroom. The living room is relatively small. The breakfast is great, with homemade cake, natural orange juice and great cheese and aromatic coffee. They were fantastic to drive us to the restaurant at the beach (about 1.5 Km away) back and forth!

We stayed at Cabanas de Lires midway between Finisterre and Muxía, on our final leg of our tour to promote our film, "Walking the Camino; Six Ways to Santiago". The entire family was on hand to cater to our every need, from Grandma all the way to the two littlest ones who were so charming! The cabanas are delightful, but so are the rooms in the main house. The rooms are impeccable and we had two wonderful meals here, including the last night a traditional Galician BBQ! The pool looked delightful and it is the perfect resting spot on the Camino Finisterre between Finisterre and Muxía. It also looks like the perfect place to bring a family for a little rural holiday!

He estado con mi familia los 2 últimos veranos 2 semanas en el mes de agosto en las cabañas que están frente a la Ría. Las cabañas son preciosas, amplias, todo muy limpio y el restaurante genial, la comida buenísima y con mucha variedad. El primer verano fue todo perfecto porque íbamos buscando tranquilidad ya que veníamos de una gran ciudad... pero el segundo año ya no había tranquilidad, el restaurante siempre estaba lleno, hacen fiestas de cumpleaños para niños ocupando la piscina y el parquecito y la música del restaurante estaba muy alta hasta tarde... En resumen, es un lugar espectacular, pero si buscas tranquilidad, no es el sitio adecuado.

Este verano celebramos ahí la fiesta sorpresa del cumpleaños de mi hermana con toda la familia y salió todo fenomenal, un entorno precioso y un trato inmejorable, no pudimos tener una idea mejor.... una experiencia para repetir!!!!!!
