Friendly welcoming staff. English speaking. Hotel very quiet, room quiet. Room very clean, cleaners attended every day. Didn't have breakfast so unable to comment. Ideal location. Wi fi signal good. Room faced onto main road. No road traffic noise when doors to balcony closed. Very close to old quarter and city centre. Airport bus just across the road from the hotel. Recommend this hotel.

We booked this Hotel in January for 4 nights unfortunately choosing the non refundable rate. When Easyjet cancelled our flights we attempted to change the booking to 2021 as we intend to visit this city. Having been refused via our booking agent 'Expedia' we attempted to contact the hotel driect with no result until we in desperation phoned. The reply was they could not transfer this booking as it is a special year in 2021. With the Covid-19 problem we feel they could be a little more sympateic . In any event we expect a reply. Expedia had warned us that the hotel was closed until the first of july and we notified them of this on 22nd June. We will certainly not rebook this Hotel.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel which was very conveniently located for sightseeing in the old town. The desk staff were all very helpful and indicated a great spot for us to walk a couple of kilometres on the Camino. (Ponte Maceira) The room was clean and well-appointed and the breakfast adequate. The only fault with the hotel and this is purely subjective-the beds were so hard the pain in my back left me sleepless and taking anti inflammatories for my rheumatoid arthritis. I sort of solved the problem by putting 2 spare blankets under the top sheet which gave me 8 cushioned layers. This is a lovely and welcoming hotel.

This hotel is very centrally located and walking distance to everything. The rooms are older but very clean and spacious. There was a TV, safe, air hairdryer, bath tub, but no tea/coffee set-up. We stayed here from 3 nights and was very pleased.

This hotel is close to all that you need in Santiago. Our first room it was obvious that someone had smoked in it (not allowed) an had a noisy a/c. They apologized and gave us another room. That room was quite clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was quite good with a wide selection of items.
