The hotel was clean and the staff was great. The pool was nice a big and lovely area to sit outside. My room was nice a big and the bathroom. There was parking available. I also booked thus hotel for the last few day in Madrid so I could relax in the pool which I did.

There was a fire on our first night there. The fire alarms didn’t go off and we were woken by the smell of smoke and the sound of firemen shouting in Spanish ( we assume it was get out) We vacated the hotel and when eventually the fire was put out we slowly were returned to our rooms. Very difficult to sleep because of the strong smell of smoke. Please be cautious of this hotel as the fire alarm will not wake you up. It is dangerous. The next day was spent in Madrid doing the tourist things that we wanted to . When back at the hotel I was amazed to discover that all of the fire doors were open on our floor in order to disperse the smoke and smell of smoke. This hotel clearly doesn’t put the safety of its clients at the front .... DONT STAY THERE . if there is a fire you won’t know as they don’t use alarms and fire doors have no meaning. 😡

Find another place to stay! IT took forever to check in. We had booked at hotels.com and they couldn’t find our prepaid stay. Then when I wanted to take a bath 🛀 It didn’t work. “I’m sorry 😐 was the answer. “ No offer of any compensation. A So sad that service is not important for a hotel with 5 stars. Poor service and understanding of how to treat a guest.

5 star hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and a very good gym. Only the location is not the best, it is at the North of the city so it is a bit far to go to city center. The room are very clean an specious but maybe they can use and update as they are a little bit outdated.

Thank you for the great service and hospitality. Location is a little from the center but easy to get anywhere . Rooms and hotel are great and the service is the best. We left items behind and they went the extra mile to get them back to us:)
