I only selected one bubble because there was no option to not select a bubble. We paid for a weekend trip to stay at this hostel. Then our country borders closed due to the spreading corona virus and we were unable to travel to the location. The next day after booking we tried to cancel but we were told that we cannot be refunded fully and no offer of any sort of compensation. The administrative staff excused their unprofessional behavior by saying "everyone is struggling right now". I would highly recommend to use a different service when in comes to finding somewhere to stay. If the unprofessional behavior of management and staff is this way without even staying here, the possibilities of a terrible experience are limitless if you actually have to stay here. Do not ruin your vacation. Do not waste your money. Very dissappointed in myself as a consumer to choose such a terrible business.

We stayed in economy twin room with shared bathroom. Main things:room and bathroom too, were spotlessly clean, mattress and pillows were very comfortable in my bed and there is a reading lamp in your bed together with a little shelf for your book and phone to put away and plug for charging. All very comfortably situated. WiFi was ok, too. We did not have breakfast in the hostel and did not use the kitchen so cannot comment on that. The only a little annoying thing was the noise we could hear from the next door room and also from outside. Maybe it was because of the corner room and the noises somehow echoed in the corridor but yes, all the movements and talks from the neighbor were clearly heard in our room. And our neighbor was not loud just quite active. Outside was quite quiet most of the time just loud garbage cars before midnight. But still considering the price the hostel has very good value - the location is very good for walking everywhere, it's nicely clean and the showers were good, too.

This place was clean, safe and super decorated. The people working there were very friendly. We enjoyed the common areas most because there was a cool environment. The rooms were also big enough for us. Also it was really close to almost all touristic attractions such as Plaza del Sol or Palacio Real de Madrid. We couldn't like it more!

The place is great, the staff is kind and helpful, and the look of it all is really pretty! Stoves in the kitchen could be an idea, but doesn't really affect your stay. And it's amazingly clean. Good job on that!

Laundry machines for 7 Euros to wash and dry soap included- very convenient and fast for our one night stay. Well organized with very modern, creative decorating. Near to all attractions and next door to subway.
