Amazing location. It’s the fourth time me and my boyfriend go to Madrid and it’s the best accommodation we have had so far. Friendly and helpful staff. Great room with a varanda. Bathroom on point. The only downside was no stairs and it’s in the third floor, other than that we could stay there anyway.

Quick 2 night stay here. Double room with private bath ... location was perfect , close to center, many places to eat and drink within few minutes walk. Room was clean, staff friendly , had Kate check out without any issue . Well worth the price !

My wife & I stayed at Hostal Carracedo recently 21st - 26th January 2019. We were more than happy with our stay. Ok, it does not have a lift, but with both of us at 72 years of age, we had no problem climbing 3 floors of stairs. The new lift was under construction and of course will make a difference. But don't let its absence put you you off. This place ticks all the right boxes from location, price, room condition, cleanliness etc. We will be returning to Madrid & will definitely be looking to stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed in hostel Carracedo this weekend for a short city trip in Madrid. We really loved the neighbourhood with all the nice cafes and little boutiques! The bedroom we booked had a private bathroom and both the bedroom and bathroom were very modern and clean, just how we love it! Only little downside: you can hear the other people entering and leaving the common hall. But still, we had a great stay and a great time in Madrid!
