Hotel ini biasa saja tetapi stafnya ramah. Saya mengunjungi hotel ini pada musim dingin dan kamarnya masih dingin, walaupun ada AC. Anda harus menelpon hotel waktu tiba di bandara untuk naik bis gratis ke hotel (setiap 1 jam). Kamarnya besar tapi tidak ada fasilitas teh atau kopi.

I stayed for two nights at the hotel and the stay was great. All hotel staff was helpful. The only issue was that the bus to the airport was not 24hs due to covid. The room was spacious and clean, we didn't use any amenities.

A Hotel good for a short stop. Close to Barajas with good transfer service and a nice reception. Nice and friendly personnel.Clean room with space. Breakfast lunch bag very poor for a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately due to COVID, no room service or food after 23:30.

I wouldn’t recommend this establishment it to anyone. A week ago , I was researching hotel around barajas airport where I can relax before my long flight & use the shuttle service(priority #1 in my choice). I had a reply from the hotel , I will attach a photo. They confirmed the time tables, I agreed after seeing good reviews and pictures. When I arrived yesterday they told me that they changed it and they are not able to provide that service. HOTEL is 1,9KM from airport , but still TAXI is 20€ ONE WAY !!!!! So for the price of hotel and transfers I could stay in Hilton or Marriott and have transport. THIS IS WHAT MADE ME ANGRY, apart I had to bother to change rooms because the first one was dirty, unacceptable. I was shown another one - with MOLD and cracked wood corners. The only person who deserves a mention was he guy who worked so hard serving breakfast !!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 The recepción staff had zero empathy and was unapologetic. I was not given a solution. I could not speak to a manager and they were repeating the generic excuse. I’m a deputy manager of a 5* luxury resort , I would never let an unhappy customer go out of the hotel door. So my advice - definitely choose MELIA , Hilton or Marriott. I know the generic reply from the hotel will be “the transfer is complimentary service , yes but this was the only reason I booked your hotel” ...

it was perfect, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. the attention of the personnel was amazing, and they helped in everything we needed. 15 minute walk to a great shopping center We will definitely will come back again, Thanks for a great stay
