The first two days were aweful : we had to change the room 3 times during the first 24 hours as the aircon wasn't working and I (pregnant) as well as my 2 years old daughter woke up at 1 am as the room was extremely hot around so room changed for the first time at 2.15 am. The microwave wasn't working either and couldn't be replaced the first day so I had to go down the reception for my daughter's food every time. More importantly, we had to pay the standard room which has been providef during the first night although a good commercial gesture would have been to offer that night given the circumstances. The second Suite (suggested the next day) had exactly the same problem (no aircon) so we had eventually to change the room again. I am extremely disappointed as I have paid the best room available (Jacuzzi Suite) with the highest rates for this (??). The hotel management need also to look at Safety (I witnessed at least a couple of interactions where police officers were called in the hotel's lobby) Only two positive points are the hotel staff/reception/restaurant folks (Especially Alini and Eric who were so nice and a bit of relief for us to be honest in the context described above so thanks ever so much to all of them) I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the reasons mentioned above : Poor Customers Management which is really sad as the facility as well as the staff have a massive potential. Me and my friend stayed at the hotel from 29/08-03/09! The hotel was absolutely amazing, we were slightly apprehensive due to the current pandemic but they put us at ease. The hotel was extremely clean and our room was cleaned daily. The rooftop pool was an absolute joy, great place to catch some sun and a lovely tan. The staff were very accommodating and helped with any queries we had, especially with local travel information. The hotel is located very close to the Metro which takes you straight into the city centre. Highly recommended, would definitely stay here again!

Where do I start? The experience has been shockingly bad from the start. No room cleaning No handwash in the bathrooms No spa/gym facilities open No tea/coffee facilities in the room No replenishment of toilet roll Wifi cuts out and disappears for hours - staff will not help. Rude staff and not capable of listening - will constantly interrupt you - felt like talking to a child. Management won’t talk to you. People smoking weed/cannabis and getting drunk at the rooftop pool and blasting music, people half naked and getting erotic in open sight and no staff to monitor activities - definitely not for families. 1 member of staff at the reception and queues of people waiting to be seen. No concierge. The hotel is completely using COVID-19 as an excuse to not do anything above basic service (and even that they do badly). It’s highly inappropriate, unethical business and highly disappointing. I asked for a plate last night so we could heat something up in the microwave. I got told by the receptionist that they didn’t have any plates - they have a whole kitchen and restaurant downstairs - I didn’t really know what to say when the receptionist was blatantly lying to me. I said goodnight and hung up. I booked through a booking agent and I have logged a complaint and awaiting a reply. I will sue for my money back if necessary. I have stayed at places with Airbnb before and had a better experience. My advice for anyone looking at this place is to not book it unless it’s dirt cheap or you have no other option.

Very unprofessional and the worst experience my family has ever had at a hotel. They lost our laundry for a whole day and made us miss our event on day of checkout.Turned out they had our laundry literally in the room behind the front desk and they didn't bother to look there. The front desk personel were terrible. They hang up on calls, and make you wait a while before attending you. They gave us a room where the shower didn't work and then told us to wait until the next day to be changed into a new room because it was late and the staff was going home. Then I told them that we came back from the beach and don't like to sleep all dirty so they downgraded our room for the night promising to change our room back to a 3 bed, when the next day came they switched us to a smaller room and still charged us for a 3 bed room! They gave us a 40€ discount on the laundry but charged us 140€ for it and free breakfast which was not even worth the 20€ per person they charge for it! The staff told us that we didn't pay for the breakfast and I told them to talk to their manager and the guy got loud and we almost got into a physical fight! That was a staff member at Breakfast! This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The pool in the photo is misleading it is actually very small and they don't even have enough lounge chairs for 10 people to sit down.

A friend of mine had called them to ask for the rate for one night but when I arrived there it was much more expensive. That was not honest. I forgot some clothes behind the door of the bathroom and I didn't get it back. The front desk at the reception told me there was nothing there. I went up and there was nothing. So they just didn't assume their responsibility. Until now I have not received any answear yet. So they don't care about it.
