We attended a conference in the hotel and were booked here as well. It's a business hotel somewhere near the airport, not in the city center. No dining options outside hotel. Spacious rooms, closet space, desk. Complete amenities. Giant window overlooking the main highway. Huge bathrooms with bidet, bathtub (not senior friendly). Hotel receptionists are polite. Great buffet breakfast. Dining hours (2pm and 9pm) do not work well with my acid reflux. There was a rude waiter at the restaurant who kept ignoring me and made me wait one hour before I got service. However, at checkout, the Filipina staff at reception kindly offered to take our luggage to the taxi stand.

We just stayed for an overnight stopover via Madrid airport. As such we didn't really use any of the hotel facilities but the room was very nice and comfortable. Plus we couldn't hear any noise from the road. The staff were friendly we would happily stay here again.

I loved the hotel, is well located, not too far from the airport, very nice rooms and interior. The shower and bathroom is great. It is not too far from the city centre either. I loved it here. I recommend this hotel.

Good clean room and breakfast was great. There was a bus stop outside straight into the city centre. Staff were very helpful. It is great for a city break hotel. The best thing for us the hotel has a box pick up up from the airport a d take us back again.no messing with a taxi.

It was great. There is a cafe and separate restaurant which is awesome. I and there is transportation and from the airport in Madrid. The hotel does need handicapped-accessible rooms the walk-in shower need updating. Also the rooms need accessible plugs by the beds. In my room there were none. But my stay was great. This will be my go to hotel when I return to Madrid from now on.
