Very nice pool area. And right by the beach where you can rent beach chairs. There was also a water park for children. The rooms are roomy and clean.

We came for the first time to this hotel. When we arrived the person at the reception was friendly but just checked in without explaining the accomodations. Where we have to go for breakfast or how to go to the beach. That was a pitty. The food at the hotel is really nice and you have a lot of choice. Every evening there is a theme for dinner. The personal in the restaurant and at the pool are really friendly and nice to kids. Everything in the hotel was very clean. Every day they came with fresh food or ice cream at the pool for free for everyone. In the pool the kids cannot use a floatable toy although it's a family hotel and the pool is really big. Overall it was a nice holiday and we had a lot of fun.

Very well organised and well appointed family hotel. We had an apartment with half board but all inclusive is available. The apartment had a basic kitchen and there’s a supermarket almost opposite. There’s direct access to the beach from the swimming pool area. Travelling with a coeliac and Spain, and this hotel in particular, seems very well set up for gluten-free eating.

Es la primera vez que nos alojábamos en un hotel de la cadena Iberostar y la verdad que nos ha encantado. Siempre había tumbonas disponibles en la piscina, la animación era maravillosa, todo estaba super limpio, el personal super amable… Todo de 10 de verdad! Por cierto la comida…posiblemente de todos los hoteles All Inclusive que hemos ido esta es la que para mí mejor calidad tiene. El día que sacaron patatas asadas para que las pudiésemos preparar como en la feria…por casi me echo a llorar! Qué originales! Luego las pizzas, la paella, la carne…todo riquísimo de verdad. Además el personal que trabaja en el restaurante es majísimo y super atento! Por cierto, el detalle de ofrecer helados en la piscina antes de la comida también es un puntazo. Por último, de verdad que el equipo de animación es la leche, los chicos se lo curran un montón, están super pendientes de los niños y son super simpáticos. Y las funciones que hacen por la noche y tal…vamos es que son geniales De verdad que yo he salido encantada de estas vacaciones, mil mil gracias! Pd: Como recomendación, se puede alargar un poco el horario del snack bar y el bar de la pisci? Creo que a los españoles se nos queda un poco corto para nuestro horario 😬

This is my third time at this hotel. This time I stayed with my teenage son for 5 nights. Our room was excellent, really cold air conditioning and immaculately clean. The staff at the hotel are always very friendly, great selection of food (we were half board) which is slightly different every night. The pool area is great too, kept very clean, loads of sun beds, good activities and right on the beach. The only (very slight) negative I have is that the beds are a little on the soft side, although I realise of course that that’s very subjective.
