Arrived late for a 5 night break with 2 kids aged 4 and 8. We got private transfer with ibiza transfers very efficient. Check in on arrival was easy and clear and everything is pretty well laid out and self explanatory. We were in the Apartment Suites building which is left out of reception then right about 1min walk. Room was impressive! I wasn't expecting much after reading the reviews about the sizes of them but we were happy with our side sea view quadruple suite. The apartment had a "double" room with lots of wardrobe space and dressing table etc also a sleep pack with an eyemask and earbuds. Nice sized bathroom with shower over bath and some toothbrush and paste packs as well as a hair/body wash. The kitchenette was well equipped with large fridge, a kettle, toaster, microwave and some pots and pans cutlery etc. Also 4 small bottles of water complimentary. The lounge area had round dining table for 4 and both sofa beds were made up for the children. The room had a nice large balcony too. Overall it was clean no issues the whole time with cleanliness in the hotel. As we arrived so late approximately 11pm we dumped our bags and went looking for some food. Found a bar near the kids fair that was serving full menu to eat in or take away until 3.30am! Really easy and flat walk into the bars, shops and restaurant. Breakfast(7.30-10.30am) in the hotel was faultless fresh and constantly replenished had a great selection of

A part le personnel à la réception qui ne fait aucun effort et qui s’en fiche royalement des demandes, l’hôtel est très bien, jolie chambre avec belle vue mer mais lit trop petit 140cm quand on partage le lit avec son enfant, très bon emplacement, accès direct à la plage, belle plage pour se baigner, pas trop de monde comparé à d’autres plages, restaurant bon même si le poisson est trop cuit et les pâtes non salées, bonne équipe d’animation, gentille et serviable femme de ménage, belle piscine enfant. Dans l’ensemble je recommande cet hôtel.

Wauw we zijn zo aangenaam verrast over dit hotel! Buffet is van een ander level. Service is top. Zwembad is ideaal voor kindjes. Kamers een ongelofelijk uitzicht over de oceaan. Zelfs na uitchecken is er beneden in hotel nog een douche die je mag gebruiken voor vertrek naar de luchthaven. We zouden zeker opnieuw boeken!

Beautifull and big hotel at the beach with a lot of facilities. Service is kind and great. Cleaning is good and optional. Towelservice for pool, changing-/showerroom Good and various food. Private parking option is good and close to the hotel. (Little expensive) Finding a sunbed at the pool is not easy because of "early reservations"

Beautiful location, by the beach, stunning views. Great choice of swimming pools, suitable for all family. Friendly staff, quick and easy check in and check out. Great entertainment for children and adults. Lifeguards by the pools, clean and spacious rooms. Short walk to town centre with fun fair, lots of restaurants and bars with life music. We loved our stay in the hotel and will definitely come back 😁

First time in Ibiza ..... Leonardo Hotel is a great Hotel....we had an all inclusive trip....clean room ... sea view from the balcony ... shops bars etc in walking distance

Loved location, restaurant food and selection and quality of drinks. Pool area busy but enjoyable. Would be a struggle for families to get beds around pool in peak season. Plenty of other areas for adults to sunbath comfortably. Rooms are small.

The atmosphere created by the staff, from the reception to the completely buffet team, specially the one refilling the buffet always attentive and with a fun attitude, the chef’s making the eggs in the morning and grilling in the evening were very satisfying and fun, the staff that keeps the table clean and ready for the next guest, are well trained and professionals. We loved every one at the buffet door this week with big smiles and great attitude, To the ones that went beyond to give us ginger Thank you 🙏 We loved our stay every single day we laugh with someone in their shift, such a great team!
