highly professional and approachable staff, extremely quiet location (as a noise sensitive person I appreciated that part so much!), large room with very comfortable bed and a truly excellent breakfast ... which in these COVID times is not that obvious. Also, just as a side note, the late check-out I asked for was granted immediately. Quick drive from and to the airport using the free shuttle. No waiting time on either way (well 5 minutes when I arrived ;-) and an excellent and very sympathetic driver. Everything perfectly clean, sanitizer largely available and so much care and attention from all the staff. Very impressed really. Check-in and check-out process extremely efficient. Definitely a great option for a stay close to the airport area... and even a serious option to consider for a stay in Madrid since access to public transportation is quick and easy.

I enjoyed greatly my staying from the very beginning. Professionalism across the board, from reception to shuttle service. Special mention to restaurant staff members Cristina Muñoz and José “Pepe” Martín. I observed their serving customers, and they make such a difference. I live in USA, where service is so much appreciated, and I can tell when someone goes above and beyond. I tried finding a HR email account, but I failed. If someone knows, please share and I’ll send my most enthusiastic appreciation.

Our return flight from Madrid was early in the morning so we decided it would be a good idea to stay close to the airport. We got a good deal for staying at this hotel and were impressed with the quality especially of our room. The bathroom had twin wash basins as well as bath and shower. The only negative was the poor selection in the Restaurant and not much choice for alternatives nearby. A big plus was the shuttle bus to the airport in the morning which worked very well. definitely a good option for an early flight

I stayed at this hotel to attend International conference at IFEMA, Madrid. Hotel was very close to the airport and offer FREE shuttle services between airport and Hotel. I found out that they also offer FREE shuttle to IFEMA, conference hub, which was very useful. They also pick you up from IFEMA, but just calling the hotel. Great hotel, friendly staff, very comfortable bed, excellent room and good restaurant. Metro station is very close to the hotel. During my trip back to airport - I accidentally forgot to take my iPhone with me. Thanks to the driver, he came inside the hotel and delivered the phone. Many thanks to that noble person. I would strongly recommend to people going for conferences to stay at this hotel.

Stayed here for a night and checked in a bit a late so wasn't able to explore the facilities but they have modern rooms and clean bathrooms. Room was a little bit dark for me but I think it's just my preference. The shuttle service was a big help and the staff is helpful and friendly.
