I recently stayed at the Iberostar Estepona and was not disappointed. We reserved a double room which was large and very clean, like the rest of the hotel. I'd like to thank all the staff, from reception, catering, and cleaners, for always greeting you with a friendly greeting. The food was amazing! We booked an all inclusive package and never failed to find something new to taste. The extra pounds I gained during this holiday say it all. Would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

They could not be faulted for their cleanliness. Food was excellent, my husband enjoyed it better than I did. It was like walking into buttons when we arrived on a Saturday afternoon. This is something I wish we had been aware of before we got the word out that the motel is open to English on weekends starting friday. When we went for lunch, there was no clean table and most of the food was gone. We changed our room to a private swim-up pool because so many people were on the pool side and had views of the beach. The snack bar on both sides that overlooked the beach has sun loungers, which are located by the snack bar and overlooking the beach if you want a calmer area to sunbathing. It was the same until Friday when I got up on sunday, and all the semblance was calm and peaceful. Breakfast had six different milks, but each one was in Spanish. Additionally, the entertainment crew got us to play bingo, which we thought was somewhat ironic because you can see how we didn't win. Because we aren't smokers, having to keep your breath when strolling through was unpleasant. Both a daily fee for your safe and a towel deposit are due when you check out. Would we return to this hotel? I don't believe so.

I strongly endorse this hotel for rest and relaxation, these guys make you feel incredibly welcome and care about you. I can't rate this highly enough. From the minute we arrived, the hotel reception staff went out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Nothing was too much trouble, they are very good at what they do. The rest of the staff are also friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help you. Our room had a view of the sea and was spotless, the cleaner did a fantastic job. The poolside was also spotless. Is right by the beach with a lovely view. The cuisine was of high quality and there were many options. No tea making facilities in the room, which for me as a tea lover is a necessity.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend away in the sunshine. We enjoyed our weekend overall and didn't feel let down. The motel was spotless and clean, and the 19 safety measures were in place to make us as safe as possible. There was a wide variety of meals to choose from at mealtimes, however, since we were given a time of 1930 hrs, and the fresh meat grilling station was never ready, we all ended up queuing for 510 minutes until the meat was cooked. Grillfood should be available, according to my preference if the restaurant opens at 1930 hrs. In my opinion, every meal was delicious and had a variety of options. We won't hesitate to return because the entire staff is cordial and accommodating.

I would strongly suggest this hotel to friends and family. We recently returned from a truly relaxing week. This was in large part due to the hotel's strategic location on a beach, and of course, the lovely employees. All of the hotel's employees maintain and keep it up very well. The rooms are spacious, and as other reviewers have noted, if you can stretch the budget to a sea view room, it is well worth it. We stayed in one of the swim-up rooms and weren't disappointed. The food selection was excellent as youd expect from a buffet. We were given a 45-minute time slot at meal times to keep the number down, whether it was that or it was at the end of September. We tended to walk in 10 to 15 minutes and never had to line up. Id suggest an allinclusive package, but there are a very small number of restaurants nearby the hotel. There are several areas where you can sunbathe. Either by the pool, but this is where the entertainment team organizes their events, so it can be very noisy at times, but it is great for children. There are 2 quieter areas at the beach end of the hotel that look out over the sea which we liked or there are sunbeds available on the beach at reasonable costs.
