Hotel yang sangat dekat dengan beberapa pusat keramaian kota Madrid, hanya 80 meter dari stasiun Metro Gran Via walau sayangnya sedang renovasi saat ini
Kamar dengan view keramaian kota, tapi sangat tenang suasananya sehingga tidak mengganggu istirahat malam
Bila kembali ke Madrid, sangat mungkin untuk menginap di sini lagi

What amazing views from the top of the hotel, but was majorly let down by the breakfast. For a 5* hotel you expect more. We paid 28Euros for breakfast, to have a collection of bland and dried out croissants. The day after we decided to skip breakfast, walk down the road and stumbled across a cafe where we managed to get fresh breakfast and orange juice for 10 Euros.

We often go to NH Collection Hotels because they are excellent, but this stay at the Gran Via Hotel exceeded all of our expectations.
The hotel and the rooms are beautifully decorated, offer amazing views of the city, and it's modern and comfortable. The beds and pillows were by far the best we've ever had at hotels.
The breakfasts we simply amazing!!! Well worth it! They've devised a safe way to enjoy most of the things you'd find in a buffet, but all packed on your own individual tray.
The service was simply outstanding! All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. All the staff was amazing, but Diego always went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable.
Due to COVID19 they have put in place a number of safety measures that made us feel safe at all times. Everything was always spotless. We felt safer than at home!
The location of the hotel could not be any better. Right in the heart of Madrid!

I went to see the terrace
But arrived to early
Staff was helpful
Checking all was clean
Hotel is making sure people feel safe
After 152 countries and writing a lot
I would choose this hotel for sure
Gran vía has over 100 years
But the fact of having picalagartos terrace is a must
Wonderful views
Elevator very modern
MAdrid is great city

乾淨，酒吧好棒，早點去才有枱子，5：30 PM已組太遲了啦～～
Easy to access everything I need : tourist sightseeing point, restaurants / nice coffee shops, convenient store, everything.
There is a very nice roofbar bar in this hotel, it is also one of the reason we chose to be here. Not easy to have a table but as a hotel guest we still had no advantage, this I may say it is a bit not nice ^^:
Room is spacious still as a Premium Room, things did look clean and new.
We didn't try breakfast here as we have a food tour in Europe, only go restaurants .
Would still come again to this hotel.

I was very pleased with the service, once I came in I asked for an upgrade and it was available. I obtained my room immediately. Amazing location and the reservation agent at the front desk was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will stay again when I go to Madrid again. Highly recommended
