Had to wait 40min for the shuttle, that was rather inconvenient. Also the hotel is a little short on amenities. On the plus side, the double bed was comfy. The neighbourhood is pleasant enough if you want to go for a walk.

For a short transit visit, this hotel is great. I had a one night stop over on my way to Bogota, Colombia, in beginning of September. The hotel is located close to the airport in a nice area, there is a supermarket right over the street from the hotel and a restaurant next door to the hotel. Checking in was smooth, and they asked if I needed transport to airport the day after. And I did, and the hotel has a no cost bus that leaves the hotel two times per hour. Very smooth! The room was small, but for one night, absolutely not a problem. The bed was really comfy and I slept good in it. And even though I had a room facing a street, it was very quiet during the night. Due to the Covid - 19 situation, there are no breakfast buffet, instead you go down and pick up a bag of food, separate plate with eggs and bacon, and coffee/tee to your preference. The eggs was warm and so was the bacon, the bag contained bread, a yoghurt, a juice, a plate with different kind of cold cuts and cheese. Yes, I would prefer a buffet! But considering what it was, I was not at all unhappy with the food. And there were no issues when I came down to get one more coffee and asked for one more plate of eggs and bacon. The bus to the airport was about 20min late. Not an issue for me, as I had plenty of time, but might want to keep that in mind, and go with one bus earlier that planed. Overall I found the hotel to fulfill my expectations, and I would have no issues booking this again for a short stay of max two nights. Staff was friendly and the price is very good.

On our way back from Morocco we needed an overnight hotel. Covid19, which I affectionately call beer-virus, led to our flight being rescheduled and we found ourselves with an afternoon to wander. If you are passing through on a weekend, be sure to check out the nearby Parque El Capricho. But even on a weekday, the smaller El Capriche has a parcourse with exercise equipment and fields of wildflowers that make for a pleasant stroll. The neighborhood immediately around the hotel is middle class housing and there are a half dozen restaurants and pubs, a jazz club and a spa within 2 blocks. The room is small but clean and complete with respect to amenities. Nice shower space, too. Airport shuttle starts at 6am and they offer an early bird breakfast as early as 5am. It's also surprisingly quiet here. Definitely a cut above the usual airport hotel set in an asphalt jungle.

The hotel was perfectly good. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the restaurant was a bit pricy and good for a quick meal, and the breakfast looked fine, even though we didn’t purchase it. The shuttle service was as promised and was excellent. This hotel was much more ordinary— not a bit as upscale as other NH hotels we’ve been to, but was adequate for its purpose of a one night stay before an early flight.

This is a fairly standard basic hotel suitable for short stay accommodation. Convenient for Madrid airport, a free shuttle is provided by the hotel. Rooms and sizeable beds are comfortable and spotless. Reception staff are friendly and efficient. Its location is also near the metro line for the city centre and near to historic Capricho Park. A pay car park facility is available and free wifi. We had an evening meal and chose Iberian hamburgers and trimmings which were tasty -a somewhat unappetising looking buffet was also available.We also used the bar facilities for about an hour but left as we had difficulty getting service. The barman kept vacating his post to assist in the dining room which was annoying as there were a number of customers. A buffet breakfast with limited hot food was available with good fruit selection. All in all , it is adequate for what is graded a 3 star hotel.
