Visited here with a group of friends and the hotel is in a nice location 10min walk to Santiago Bernabéu and a 8-9min taxi ride to city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were maintained each day and to a very high standard. A nice bar with tasty food also!! Reasonably priced too. If I’m Madrid again I would definitely stay here again!!

I asked for a quiet room at the back and was given one. Only downside was I could still hear the ding of the lift as it arrived. Very comfortable bed and nicely appointed room. Unusually for Spain there was a kettle and tea bags although not very many of those and very scant milk capsules. Breakfast was mostly good although hot drinks from the dreaded machines which drip coffee regardless of whether you want it or not (I don't and hate the taste.) So separate hot water and hot milk would be much better.

This hotel is a little quirky but definitely would recommend. I was given an upgrade which was great. I didn’t visit the bar/restaurant but it looked very nice. Room service was efficient and food great quality. Walking distance from metro, close to great shopping area. Quick and easy check in/out.

Had such a lovely stay at this hotel! All round was brilliant - the design and quirkiness was fab! Staff were so friendly and attentive, rooms clean and comfortable. Central location. Would definitely return to this hotel again Just wish breakfast was included!

Great location for the bernabeu, The hotel was very modern and had a live DJ who was great on friday and saturday in the bar, the bar was great and good prices. The staff very friendly. The room was nice just a little small, shower and bathroom was great and everything very clean, will 100% use here again
