Booked here for one night on Booking.Com after family were stranded at the airport due to cancelled flights. There is no staffed reception and I struggled to get hold of the owner in Italy (Urban Life +39 3296921606) who was not answering calls. When i eventually got through i was told that the room was double booked and we then had to try and find alternative accommodation. To make matters worse the owners told Booking.com that WE DID NOT TURN UP and we were charged 120 Euros. Fuming! I am looking to get this refunded via my credit card company as trying to get refund from booking.com is a nightmare.

Booked here for one night as stranded at airport. The guy did not show up for two hours and at that point we were told no room for us. Within the two hour wait no access to water, toilets or any food / drinks as it is a gated complex with no reception. Had to find arrangement after a two hour wait. Awful.

We stayed here for 10 days in February . Complex was built in 85 so fairly old by adeje standards . We paid £580 for 10 days accomodation which we felt was fantastic value for money compared to the hotels in this area . We like our freedom so it suited us and we also like to try different places to eat so stary away from all inclusive. full board . We had an apartment which was fairly close to the main road but it is shielded by trees and we found that we hardly noticed it unless wespecifically mentioned it. We sat on our balcony night and morning and it was never an issue . We never heard it once in bed . The Pool area is lovely . Pools are very big and there were plenty of beds . Once kids started to arrive for half term it did fill up but never seemed an issue . Pool bard was good and you could get a meal or a drink and they also sold bottled water. The whole resort is quite hilly and this complex is built on a hill but not an issue for us . We had 10 days holiday in Tenerife for a fantastic price and will definately be returning .

Awful experience from start to finish, we booked through booking.com after being stranded in Tenerife due to sandstorm. We arrived at apartments after two with two young children so i phoned the number of landlord he was extremely rude and told me not to call that i had to wait until after checkin at 4pm.. We waited until 5pm when he arrived gave us one key and one broken pass for the gate. The surroundings are terrible broken steps dirty walkways. The guy let us in insisted i give him a photograph of my passport and bank card even though they had already taken the money through booking.com. He also took 100 euro cash as deposit incase we would trash the place. After a few hours in the apartment we tried to make coffee the kettle was infested with flies and the toaster was broken. The next day we had to go to airport early the landlord did not come to collect the key we left the key in the apartment on the work top as im sure he had another key to get into the apartment and left i called the number to tell the landlord what we had done. He accused me of stealing the key and did not return the 100 euro. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!! they call themselves professionals i dont think so !

We stayed in 404 absolutely dreadful, this is a studio that has had two partition walls erected making it a one bedroom apt. This makes the living area 2metres x 3.5 metres. No safe.Mould round bath, no latch on front door bad electrics. I would not touch this apartment with a barge pole. No satisfaction from owner, Russian, and no help from holiday lettings. I will attempt to get this apartment investigated by the tourist board and the Canadian papers on my return to England.
