숙소와 화장실 바닥이 타일인데, 굉장히 깔끔하게 유지되어 있었습니다. 역과 주변 관광지를 오가기에 최적의 장소에 위치하고 있었고, coop마트도 가깝습니다! 구글지도에서 Masic호텔을 검색하면 계단을 올라야 하는 구간으로 안내가 되는데, 체크인-체크아웃 해야하는 krone호텔을 검색하시고 큰 길 따라 가시면 계단 없이 가실 수 있으니 참고하세요! :)

That was one of the best hotel accommodation we ever had before. They upgraded up to honeymoon room and it had hands down the best view over the Lucern! The rooms were large and clean. We even ended up to buy breakfast there because it was decent for the money they charge.

Achei complicado localizar o hotel porque não pode entrar carro próximo ao local, tive que deixar o carro há uns 400m e ir com as malas na mão,, fazendo um zig zag entre o comércio até localiza-lo. Ainda não havia recepção e fizemos o checkin em outro hotel próximo, apenas isso tenho como ponto negativo, porém para andar a pé é bem tranquilo e próximo da ponte e da igreja. Também achei o quarto com um tamanho excelente, é um quarto antigo, com piso um pouco frio, porém tiveram o cuidado de deixar várias opções no frigobar de bebidas e alguns petiscos, também muito atenciosos com os kits de banho, roupas de cama excelentes, cama boa, chuveiro com banheira muito bom. Tambem achei muito escuro no corredor quando saímos do elevador, mas o quarto é bom e recomendo a hospedagem.

Excellent location in historic inner city! Walkable everywhere in town to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing from the hotel! Wonderful staff at checking office located right at the hotel Krone right around the corner! Clean room and facility! Only very few utility vehicles as that part of the city is closed to traffic! Only minutes away walk from the train station across the bridge. Thank you altstadt Magic lucern hotel!👍

The location was amazing, and the staff was great. The TV didn’t work because of patchy Wi-Fi. It was hard to figure out where to park, but the staff was great once we checked in. The room was spacious

We reached the hotel on the 6th October. The reception staff namely; Kay was very helpful and accomodating, on our request we were provided the room a bit earlier than the check-in time. Our room was on the 6th floor. After check-in we went around the Lucerne Lake. After coming back to the hotel we found that the elevator was not working so we went to the reception and informed the front office man who expressed his inability to do anything because no technician would be available on that day as it was a Sunday. I explained to the front office man that it would not be possible for my wife to climb the stairs and he should shift us to another property. To our absolute pleasure and surprise we were accommodated in a suite on the 1st Floor

Das Hotel Magic in Luzern hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden zuvorkommend und freundlich empfangen, unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. Da es in der Altstadt ist und sehr nahe am Bahnhof, brauchten wir kein Taxi und keinen Bus vom Bahnhof her kommend. Sehr zu empfehlen. Frühstück und Check-in und Check-aus im nahen Hotel Krone, auch nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.

Nice room for stay in Lucerne. The hotel was in Old Town. Room was quiet at night even with the windows open. Lots of things to do and see during the day. Easy walk to train station and could be anywhere in Switzerland in 1-2 hours.
