Because our usual Ibis 3 lacs was overbooked, we stayed at this hotel. Overall, we had a fantastic time. The hotel is essentially a homestay rental from a Swiss retired couple. Their warm greeting and genuine Swiss hospitality touch surprised me. We had tea, coffee, small chocolates, and a fruit plate ready for our arrival. We had a lovely conversation with the host during breakfast. The couple has two lovely dogs, which I adore, but allergy sufferers should be aware. The room is straightforward and has everything you could possibly need, but it has neither luxury nor outstanding design. Only if you are arriving at the house's car parking lot is available. It takes approximately 15 minutes to get to Neuchatel to appreciate the gorgeous natural surroundings on the way. Overall, I would recommend it to those looking for a leisurely vacation or those who can afford some time to take in the scenery and good company.
