We stayed in the Junior Suite for a family trip and it was really nice. Great for 4 people to stay. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was nice and it was very convenient to move around as it was right in front of Lucerne Station Good phone signal. Cleanliness and comfort.

I was very impressed with the accommodation, especially by the cleanliness, and taste of the design of the room. Breakfast was also good. I appreciate the helpfulness and information at the reception desk. The parking area is a little restricted, but that is not a problem.

Stay here if you can. The laverne transportation center buses, train station, boats, bus stop is right there, and parking is free at the hotel. Other hotels in central Laverne typically park in public garages and charges around 40 euros overnight. The hotel itself is very lovely, with a large patio restaurant and lounge with a view of Lake Laverne and a small vineyard that runs down the steep slope to the lake's banks. The restaurant's cuisine is rather good. One night there was only dinner alone in the larger dining room, but the next evening, the very friendly rogelio served us in the smaller sunroom dining area. The guest rooms are very lovely, we chose terraced rooms and enjoyed spectacular lake views. The facilities are contemporary and well-maintained. The reception staff was really helpful and informative.

The private lake beach area is cute and practical, and the lake view is lovely, in a quiet area but well connected by bus right by the hotel in 15 minutes to laverne. But the breakfast is not good, very poor quality and poor service newspapers are at least 1 day old and the rooms are extremely small

This restaurant was wonderful. But the rooms were small and clean, and there was no air conditioning in the room. Because it was summer, it was extremely hot in the room. Insufficient fan power is provided for every room. There is no water in the room. Very nice people. I will only rate this restaurant as a three-star establishment.

This property is located on a quiet area with very good location, and close to the bus, and this place is near to Laverne. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the waterfront. But the breakfast was very bad. The newspaper quality is very bad and the service is very bad. The room size is really small.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. We stayed alone one night in the larger dining room, but it was much better when the extremely pleasant rogelio showed us around in the smaller dining area the following evening. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful. We selected terrace rooms and enjoyed a great lake view. The amenities are modern and well-maintained.

It's directly on the lake, and the room is clean and well prepared. Breakfast was good. The receptionist was helpful and pleasant. The parking space is small, but that's not a problem.

The owners of this place are very friendly, and the place is very nice. It's a good restaurant! The room is tiny and tidy but doesn't have AC. The room is hot in the summer, and the fan isn't in every room to keep us up for sleep. They don't provide water in the room, I genuinely want to tell you that this place needs more work. They also provide it to have good customers. They only awarded three stars because of their kind hospitality, the food that they served is excellent and worth the value.

What a great start was a warm welcome and a fantastic apartment for my children and me. The kids had a fantastic time at the indoor and outdoor pools. We had lunch, which was decent and worth an extra trial. Never argue with the cook or the waiter. When you ask for something like please no cream with the dessert, they return with cream and a rather unsettling response. This desert is made with cream? On the following day, when we thought let's have another trial my wife ordered a filet medium cooked. Supposedly, it was rare. They returned it and brought it again in two minutes. In two minutes, the rare to medium done no, so we reported that there was a lot of change. The waitress mumbled and walked back to the kitchen rather than describing how. And the beef was sufficient. Chewy but adequate. The following morning, the same waitress was walking from here to there while I was checking out and questioned how I liked it. It was his wife. He informed me that they are running the hotel since the fifth generation and that I shouldnt insult his wife. I am glad to say once more, it is not an insult, it is not just me that I should insult his wife. If the motel is not worth visiting, there are many more and much better ones, not to mention the garbage and a filthy dishwasher

Spent 10 nights there on our honeymoon it was perfect. The reception staff were very helpful and the waiters were great even though we were on gingham half board the food was great 5 courses which were served but the staff treated you as if you were on a la cart attentive, discreet and always smiling the views from the hotel are great, the spa is great, and the outdoor pool is heated to enjoy after a long day exploring the alpine. The only thing that might be a bit of a problem if you have disabilities is a good 15 minute walk from the centre no buses as a small train bus few times per day but chances are if you are going to the alpine you are probably able to get around thank you Gerbil employees for a wonderful honeymoon.

I stayed here for two nights with a family of four in two rooms. Although the ground floor rooms did not have a view of the lake, there was a lovely outdoor seating area. The beds and rooms were fantastic. I enjoyed the pool's opening hours, which allowed you to swim before breakfast or after dinner. There are towels and bathrobes available in the room. Breakfast was fantastic, and dinner at the restaurant was fantastic. The hotel, including the road adjacent to it, was incredibly peaceful. The fact that we were able to utilize the public pool across the street without charging fees was the greatest advantage for the kids. There is a large indoor pool, and there are diving boards and rafts in some areas of the lake for the kids to use.

The beds were excellent, and the rooms are big. The pool's opening hours, which allowed you to swim before or after brunch, were excellent. There were bathrobes and towels inside the apartment. The restaurant's dinner was excellent, and breakfast was excellent. The road adjacent to the hotel was extremely quiet.
