we (couple) spent 1 night in junior suite. The room with balcony was perfectly located. Use of the thermal bath of the community is free of charge. The hotel has also a private heated pool.
However the entire hotel is not really cared for: There was no handsoap - we had to use shampoo. Toilet paper was missing - in these corona times . They had a closomat that did not work. It is better not to have a closomat if this does not work. In the drawers saw dust from an ancient repair job was still present. As customers, we deeply understand that in these hard times the situation for hotels is tough. However, it would be so easy to impress the customer at least to some degree, if the carpets, the drawers, the bathrooms, windows etc. were clean. The manager is either not existent or not aware how important it is to walk through the hotel every 2 weeks or so and write down everything he sees. In contrast to improvements of sanitary installations, painting, carpets, cleaning is really not expensive. Without these improvements the hotel in the longer range is doomed.
