I spent 1 night at Suvretta House and the experience was superb in all respects. This is a Grand Hotel in every sense, from the corridors, façade, the service, the rooms and the food. Friendly and discreet service, excellent breakfast buffet, an excellent chef in the main restaurant, a wonderful lobby bar with huge panoramic windows and what appears to be an excellent ski center for the winter. A romantic location, to which I will return during the winter. Highly Recommended!

We had a very pleasant 3 night stay at the Suvretta House, though it would have been even better with a balcony. As it was, the view from our room was splendid, the room itself was comfortable and well-conceived (though it could have been slightly larger for the price...), service and amenities were excellent, breakfast a feast, the staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was free and convenient, and it was great to be out of the centre of St Moritz in a peaceful location. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Our room wasn‘t ready as promised at 3 p.m. and there was no welcome drink even though we had to wait longer for the room. The heavily huffing + puffing older receptionist got into the lift WITH us. No face mask! This in times of Corona!! He showed us to the room, got his tip but gave us no explanation of anything. To our further disappointment, there was no view of Corviglia as promised in the room reservation. This historic hotel has lovely mountain views and an impressive wide old staircase, however there is a decided lack of good old-fashioned cordiality and flair from earlier days.

We only spent a few nights here, but could've enjoyed a whole week! The hotel itself is lovely and the decor is astonishing, yet most comfortable. Everything in our room was done well and most accommodating to our needs. Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Everyone was willing to lend a hand, answer questions, and do whatever they could to make our time valuable. The morning breakfast buffet was terrific and I really appreciated the offering of an entire table with GF selections. I had plenty of wonderful options to choose from and did not lack for food to eat. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We rented skis and used the in/out chair lift ~ a real treat to the location. We also took the shuttle into town for shopping/entertainment ~ most advantageous and appreciated. The views of the lake and mountains are spectacular. We also were thankful for the shuttle to and from the train station. Overall, a marvelous hotel and visit to St. Moritz. I would highly recommend staying at this location if you travel to the area.
