I truly enjoyed my stay at this CityInn by Taipei Main station. The location is perfect, right by the MRT/airport line and plenty of food and shops nearby - with a Family Mart next door. The room was very clean and had everything I needed for 4 nights. It wasn't big by North American standards, but that's not an issue for me. There was a TV, desk, and roomy bathroom. They provide water and even offer free drinks, cup noodles, and laundry services. The check-in time is strict in Asia, so don't expect your room to be available early. However, they do have luggage storage services. The staff are what makes this place stand out and why I would stay here again. They're very friendly and helpful, suggesting places to eat or visit. They always greet you with a smile. A big shoutout to Abbey who was very thoughtful ! Thank you so much for being so nice :) Anyway, I highly recommend staying here!

台中に行く前に、２泊しました。深夜着便と荷物が50キロあった為、ホテルからのチャーターをお願いしました。わかりやすく名前表示で出迎えていただき、所用でWi-Fiをさ3階に借用しに行きましたが、待っててくださり、大変感謝しております。送迎の車もとても清潔でした。ホテル内も、とても清潔で、トイレットペーパーも流せます。ウォッシュレットもありました。ドリンク、洗濯機、乾燥機、夜中のカップラーメン、全てサービスです。昨今の台湾事情で歯ブラシはございません。日本語のわかるスタッフも多いです。近くのお店で100NTDくらいで軽く食事ができるところも多かったです。駅も近く、また利用したいと思います。

Perfect location in the heart of it all (you can walk to many places and are close to the main station). Excellent service including souvenir delivery directly to the hotel (and not much more expensive than in-shop). Rooms are a bit small if you have a big suitcase (hey, you need to bring these souvenirs back...) but very clean and functional.

위치 좋고 깨끗하고 쾌적한 곳. 묵었던 세 곳의 숙소 중 가장 좋았음. 직원들도 정말 친절하심. 180원에 외부 식당에서 아침 식사를 배달 받아 방으로 갖다 주는데 이 서비스도 좋은 것 같아요. 다만, 이 식당의 위생은 담보가 안 된다는 게 문제긴 하겠어요. 밥에서 머리카락 나왔거든요. 대만 식당에서 앞치마, 위생장갑, 위생모 등등 본 적 없어서 저는 그러려니 했습니다.

Loved that it was so close to the metro and a nice park. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and able to speak English well. There wasn't really a long for gathering with our traveling companions but the hotel was otherwise very nice.
