Disappointed service, definitely not qualified as 5 star.
Service is very cold during check in, Arthur in the lobby is the only one with hospitality. They upgraded the room’s floor for birthday but nothing special. The deco is tired and boring, tv has minimal choice. Breakfast is undesirable, food are cold and chef doesn’t care much.
The service at the club on first day was brilliant. The massage was top notch! Pool’s team is very considerate.
Second day was hard hit by Maku Lau who seems to know nothing about service.
Overall, the crew needs serious training on hospitality if it wants to claim to be a 5-star Japanese style international hotel.
