A security deposit of THB 10,000 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure after the property checked the room without any damange.
Guests are required to contact the property for checking out. Staff will go to the guest's room to collect the key card back. Do not leave it on the counter desk.
Guests are required to contact the property to inform the expected arrival time directly prior to their arrival for key collection due to the new term and condition of the juristic person of this building are not allowed guests waiting in the lobby. Staff will meet guests at the ACS Office next to the entrance of the building for registration.
Room only (Room is not include water supply, electricity, maid service & no internet, no cable TV)- Water supply charge at THB 20 per unit- Electricity charge at THB 8 per unit kilowatt- Internet charge at THB 1,000 per month- Cable TV charge at THB 500 per month- Maid service charge at THB 600 per time
The property does not have a reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival.
