I booked this resort for the last two nights of my vacation as I thought it was more luxury compared to the other resorts that I had stayed on the previous 10 nights on the islands of Ko Chang, Ko Mak and Ko Kood for a much lower price, but I was very disappointed.
It started with a not very warm welcome, and I got what I think is the poorest house (no. 21) closest to the road, farthest from the reception / restaurant and with very little water view.
The house itself incl. fixtures need a refurbishment. Among other things, the curtains are broken, the pillows in the chairs on the patio have clumsy contents, the bed is hard and there is hardly any pressure on the water in the shower or the sink (it would not be possible to wash long hair).
In addition, there are stairs down to a kind of walkway so you don't have to walk the very way to the resort, but that walkway is in a miserable constitution.
At night there is music from the nearby café, and scooters and cars drive close to the house to get to or from the resort.
There is no beach directly in front of the hotel but good access to a fine sandy beach which can be reached by canoe (free) at high tide or on foot at low tide (however there are no beach chairs).
The breakfast was very fine with a lot to choose from, and the meals I ordered were extremely delicious and nicely arranged.
Wifi seems to be mostly ok in the house.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place, it is too expensive in terms of what you get for the money.
