When I first saw this hotel on Booking.com, I liked it immediately. So I contacted them per phone, Khun Sai asked me to add their line official and I did. I spoke to Khun Sai regarding the reservation. Everything was ok. This Hotel has a policy that a guest can never paid on arrival. Never experienced that in my life but ok gotta except that. Then I talked to Khun jirata the Front office manager, asked her about their flexibility regarding the payment. The answers that I got was rude, passive aggressive and verbally aggressive. Is that the way Ayrest handling questions from a guest. Poor attitude and very unprofessional!!! WOW. NOT IMPRESSED!!!
