The Baan boa is a fantastic place maybe a little dated but roomy and very clean staff cannot do enough for you been going to patong for over 14 years I wish I found it sooner for the price comfort it’s brilliant

Et bra Hotel med de mest hjelpsomme og blide ansatte. Conierge Mr. Smilefjes var tilgjengelig og hjelpsom. Beliggenheten er glimrende, på stranda. Frokosten enkle, men god med flere valg av egg på den stasjonen for egg.

The Baan Boa has become my favorite place to stay whenever I visit Patong. The rooms are nice and spacious. You've got room to spread all your things out. The hotel itself is located on the quiet side of Patong Beach, far away from the madness that is Bangla Road, but still just a 15 minute walk. Tuk-tuks will charge $200 baht to run you anywhere around Patong (as of April 2023).

Location: Excellent. Close to the beach. Shops of all kinds are nearby. Still, the area is quiet for a restful sleep after daylong sightseeing. Staff: Very helpful. They help guests every way possible. I went to Krabi and the receptionist helped me book a car at a reasonable price. The daylong sightseeing package which was arranged by Mark, the guy who runs a tour and travel shop within the hotel premises, was much less than outside rates. Pool: The pool is nice and big, water is very clean. Breakfast: The menu is okay, the hotel authority should increase choices.

Excellent position across from beach. This is a short walk to the busy shopping and night life of Patong, but at the quiet end of the beach. Large room. Great views from ‘ocean view’ rooms. Excellent service from staff at Baan Boa.

Lorsque j'ai réservé sur le site le prix par nuit pour 3 personnes était de 36.00 dollars canadien par nuit ce qui donne pour 2 nuits 72.00 dollars alors que l'hôtel nous a charge pour ces mêmes deux nuits 151.70 pour nous Trois. Je trouve inacceptable que l'on change le prix alors que l'on se fié sur le site pour le prix payé c'est abusif comme manière de fonctionner et je remet en cause ma fidélité à ce site de réservation une explication plausible de votre part serait réellement appréciée, merci

1回目もそうでしたが、とても良かったです！普段はバカンスといえば奮発してゴージャスなホテルに泊まるのですが、このホテルは庶民派リゾートといった感じですばらしいです。なんでもそろってしまうので根城に最適。なお１回目の宿泊はデラックスでしたが、今回はスーペリアの210号室に宿泊しました。値段はほぼ変わりませんがスーペリアのほうがいろいろ良かったです。一番は部屋の場所ですかね。プール側にバルコニーがあるのでバカンス気分が違いました。なおバルコニーはやたら横に広く、となりの部屋は気にならなかったです。なお、足りないものとしてどうしてもゴージャス感がありますので、自分はそういう気分の時はここを根城にパラダイスビーチやらおしゃれレストランに行きました。あと高級ホテルに比べると、朝ご飯はいたって普通なので、ホテルの楽しみ＝朝ご飯の人はきっと満足しないでしょう。となりのタイバーが朝からオープンしているのでそちらで食べたほうが良いかもしれません。スタッフさんもみなさん気さくな方です。スタッフさんに絶対服従感を求める人には向かないと思いますが。あとアジア系の人はあんまり泊まってないです。残念な点はそんなにないんですが、タオルはフロント横で借りれるので海に行くときはそれを使ってください。健全なエリアの庶民リゾートなので、付き合いが長いカップルや夫婦、家族あたりがのんびりするにはいいですね。あとここを中心にアクティブに動く人も向きます。エリア的にとにかく落ち着けるので。逆に「プーケットは一生に1回の大イベントでゴージャスにムーディにすごそう！」という人はどうしても向かないと思いますがきっとその客層GETをこのホテルは目指してない気がします。

Excellent location. Excellent staff. Excellent room. The staff is extremely friendly. Never too much to assist you. Always welcome you as you pass. We had a room directly into the pool which was great and recommended. We had great weather so could sit outside and chill next to the pool. The wifi in the hotel is excellent with lots of coverage and 2.4/5 ghz although there wasnt much difference. Access point right outside our room which was ideal. Bed nice. Bathroom nice. There is a small underground parking lot perfect for parking a bike or maybe if you asked for a car though it could be a bit more inconvenient. There is a laundry service available which costs 50 b per kilogram washed and dried. Very good price and very fast. Great location. At the end of the hotel line pretty much. Only one or two further. Far from the bustle of the main nightclubs but not far enough to walk. Its about a 20minute walk and you are in the main area with bars and clubs. One problem i had was the shower in our room and the bathroom. It needs some updating. The decor i dont mind, but the over tap shower is a bit old school and doesnt work that well. Leaks like crazy and the temperature is almost impossible to get. The shower is hot and cold. I wasnt bothered enough to complain, but maybe a note to the hotel staff room 106 has that problem. Apart from this, everything was great and amazing. I would definitely come back here again. As we left it was our only bad day and lots of rain. Even then it looked good.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always cleaned regularly. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning is good. The location is perfect, not too close to loud noises but not too close to the center. Thank you for a good stay.

Ini pertama kalinya di Thailand dan apa yang bisa saya katakan SURGA! Anda tidak datang ke sini untuk duduk di hotel! Alam penuh warna, hewan yang indah benar-benar menakjubkan! Sarapan normal, tapi kamera di setiap kesempatan. Kamar bersih, bisa bersih, meskipun setiap hari hanya gantung plang. Mereka selalu membawa air dan produk kecantikan. Staf yang ramah. Kami tiba di malam hari, jadi kami sendiri yang "melempar" koper ke lantai 4. Tidak ada lift di sini. Anda bisa makan siang di sini, sedikit lebih mahal daripada di tempat itu. Tetapi jika Anda pergi bertamasya di pagi hari dan tidak punya waktu untuk tidur dan bangun pagi! Ada layanan tamasya ke peternakan gajah untuk menungganginya. We had a great time staying here. The staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful! The rooms are simple and a little dated, but clean and fresh. The pool is great, and they even had balls, float rings, and kickboards available for use! Breakfast was free and had a sufficient selection of foods. If you want to eat at the hotel, they also serve lunch and dinner at reasonable prices. It doesnt have an elevator, but when we realized that would be an issue, they were able to move me to a room on the ground floor. It was a bit more expensive because it was a larger room, but the rates were so good that it was no problem! The location is also great, right across the road from the beach and just slightly up from the main shopping and dining area, so it was very quiet at night.

The room was very spacious and clean. Our room had a view of the ocean and was close to the road but there was no noise and we could sleep peacefully. There is also a separate pool for kids and both are very clean. The food was excellent and all the staff were very kind and friendly.
