Great place to stay, clean, comfortable and marvelous breakfast! We stayed for 10 days and 9 nights perfectly precise cleaning and preparation. Central location to amenities and restaurants and only 10 minutes from the airport...

Nice and comfortable charming little hotel about 15 minutes from the airport. Rooms are clean, big and very comfortable. They are little apartments with a lounge room, kitchenette, private balcony, air conditioning and also ceiling fans, big bathrooms, better than many 4 or even 5 star places for comfort and appointments that I have been to. free parking on site and walking distance from a lot of restaurants with all sorts of ethnic choices around. Very reasonably priced - really good value. Breakfast is good and staff are great, helpful and friendly

Baan Rabiangmai Hotel is a smaller hotel that is newer. The rooms are very clean and are spacious. It is off the main street, so there is no significant traffic in front of it. It is quite a bit west of downtown Mae Sot, but the hotel staff were more than helpful and were willing to call a taxi or a tuk-tuk when we needed one. It is about a 10 minute ride to the Mae Sot airport. There is some parking across the street. If you are mobility impaired, make sure that you ask for a room with a walk-in shower. I was first given a room with a tub-shower, and the height of the tub made it impossible for me to get in and out. They have a continental breakfast every morning from 7 to about 9:30, and serve fried eggs, sausages, ham, toast, buns, rice congee, and sometimes bananas. The staff speak limited English but seek to help. The rooms are clean, with the only problems being ants. They come with a microwave, hot pot, and refrigerator. The wardrobe was quite large. Housekeeping came 7 days a week. I would recommend this hotel. Wifi is dependable, but is slower on the floors than down in the first floor areas.

Very nice and cozy, big room with pantry. Good location easy to get around. Plenty of restaurant nearby. Love the Thai style room design - really makes you feel relaxed. Staff are friendly and very helpful!

Stayed in a deluxe room. Fantastic. Basically a studio apartment with kitchenette, living room, bed room and bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Great A/C. Large screen LCD TV. Comfortable bed. Nice balcony. The hotel has an elevator. Good buffet breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff. Close to border crossing to Myanmar.
