A bit far from downtown but if you have car, it's not too bad. Only a few parking spots inside the area though. I was impressed by how they prepared the room by turning on the light and AC for us before we arrived. I find blanket a bit too short. Bed isn't soft. Overall, it's good for a one night stay.

Stayed here for two nights, found the rooms to be very clean, good wifi and didn’t even need to use the A/C. Laundry came back smelling lovely and the garden area was nice to read in. The property is abit of a walk from the centre, this wasn’t an issue in the day. However I will say there are quite a few dogs on the walk down, and one in particular was always fairly aggressive towards us. If you are comfortable around dogs this wouldn’t be an issue but me and my partner have always been unsure around them and having one run at you barking in the dark didn’t help! This is obviously common around SEA anyway and something I need to get over as most don’t seem too bothered by you. (We got a tuk tuk the next night.) The best thing about the hostel was the manager’s willingness to help us despite the communication barrier. We asked about how to get to Sukhothai, and he put us on the phone to his friend who did speak English. She then told us she would get the bus times and the manager would get the tickets for us if we gave him the money. He literally went straight out to the bus station for us and then organised a tuk tuk for us the next day to go to the bus station for a reasonable price. This made things very easy for us, we had been unsure due to conflicting forums about whether there even was a direct bus to Sukhothai!

Clean and tidy rooms. But seemed to cost us more than necessary when travelling back and forth to the city. Getting there by tuk tuk cost us 100baht, Motorbike cost 250baht even though we only hired it for not even 8hours (expensive considering Koh Chang motorbike hire is 100baht), and when we asked for a ride to the train station the tuk tuk driver the owner called for us wanted 150baht for a 5km drive with no haggling. If you have money to splash on transportation or you wanna pay as much as the actual room- you can stay here. But you can get much closer to the city and pay a lot less elsewhere. Lack of English doesn't help, meaning your more likely to be scammed for not knowing any better. Disappointing.

Stayed there for a couple of nights while traveling the ayutthaya region. Located a bit too far from the "center" outside the island, considering that every tuktuk ride is 150bht (eg. Trainstation). The guesthouse/ room is beautifully designed and decorated. Doubleroom was spacious and clean with en-suite and very modern ac. Unfortunately the matress was extremly hard, some peoply may find this very uncomfortable. Wifi worked very well. Staff was friendly but not too outgoing. We had a power outage due to a thunder/ heavy rain, but was solved after aprox an hour. Coffee/tea and water is free downstairs in nice chill area. Also there is the possibility to hire a bike to explore ayutthaya. All in all it was a nice and quiet stay, but can be costly if you plan to move around a lot. Better rent a bike for the day and be sure to pick up some food before you return.

The only annoying thing about this hotel is that it's situated a bit further out of the city. However they have their own bike rental for as little as 40 baht for 24 hours. The rooms are very basic but it's what you expect with the price. However the rooms all come with ac fitted and the bathroom facilities were more than adequate. The rooms are situated on the first floor and below are lots of chairs and tables for anyone needing to relax. P.s the hotel offers free tea and coffee.
