I stayed here for a couple nights as a solo traveller, and I was very happy with it. The room was inexpensive, but very spacious and comfortable. The A/C and shower worked well. The staff was friendly (although they didn't speak much English).
The hotel is located in the "new" Sukhothai. It's in a little alley just off the main street, so it's a short walk to some restaurants, a 7/11, and a bus stop. The bus will take you to the "old" Sukhothai, where the ruins are. The trip takes about 30 minutes, and drops you off right near a bike rental place, just around the corner from the central section of the ruins.
Anyway, I enjoyed my stay here, and would stay again if I come back.
