When we approached the hotel my heart sank. Fortunately as we entered the courtyard my heart lifted. We were greeted with a drink and even though we had arrived a couple of hours early our room was ready for us. The room was beautiful, a good size and very clean. The balcony had views over the town. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The swimming pools were reasonable sizes (there are two) and I liked that some of the rooms opened straight into the pool. The restaurant is on the roof and the food is delicious and the service great. It has been mentioned that you take your life in your hands by walking to the beach, this is true as there aren't any pavements but the hotel offer a free minibus to the beach every hour from 9am until about 6PM. You can get a taxi back at only 200 baht.

Nice stay and nice facilities. However, they charge for everything addiional you ask for, even for sugar sachet. Otherwise, friendly staff and good stay. Also, wifi was not working in the room, it doesnt work in all rooms.

Checked into this hotel with my daughter, planned to stay for a week. Granted we arrived in low season, but the hotel was absolutely empty. And not just of other people, the pool and bar etc were all empty as well. The rooms were basic and sheets were dirty - these were quickly changed as requested, and water from the air con pooled on the tiled bathroom floor. The pool was dirty and there was mould all over the parasols and sun loungers. As we had arrived late at night, we stayed that evening and checked out the following morning. Staff made no attempt to get us to stay, simply asked us to fill out a form asking us why we were leaving. AVOID!

I stayed at Casa Del M Resort, Phuket with two of my other friends. I choose this hotel based on online review and star ratings. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was really delighted to see the facilities matching exactly with the pictures they have posted online. Rooms and cot were really spacious and clean. However, I had a terrible experience with few of the staffs there. The attitude of few staffs over there was really rude and mean. At midnight, one of us had to take a medicine, for which we needed water. We ran out of drinking water in our room, hence we walked upto the reception to get some water for ourselves. Unfortunately, the staff(Oat) at the reception was very rude and yelled at us for no reason. Oat said that the hotel wouldn't supply one bottle per guest/day. He also said that he cant arrange for a bottle of water even if I pay for it. Oat did not stop there, he along with the security staff(dressed in black uniform) fought with two of us badly. He also said, I could choose to go to another hotel and get away of his sight. We as women from a foreign country were really shocked with such a bad behavior from the staffs at the hotel. During the time of check-in, the staff at the reception (Matt) was very rude and mean to us for no reason. He was very impolite with all the conversations he had with us. The security staff added such rude words and mean behavior on us and was almost about to hit us. I even begged for one glass of water from his bottle so I could consume the medicine but they denied. However, the staff from the massage center (Diamond) was very kind enough to step into help us. She went out and bought two huge bottles of water and helped us consume tablets that night. Diamond did not even take money from us for the water that she bought. She proved what humanity and customer service is all about. Hence we wrote a letter to the supervisor(Blyte) explain the bad treatments by their staff. Blyte took this issue seriously and when we returned from our day's trip, we were surprised with 6 bottles of water + 3 glasses of water, one complimentary coupon to have dinner at the restaurant in the hotel with an apology handwritten by her. We truly appreciate the efforts the management took to balance the bad behavior of the staff. Otherwise, this is a very good place to stay. But verify the details of drinking water provided inside the premises while you check -in to the hotel.

Fasilitas hotel lengkap dengan dua kolam renang, View dari hotel yang berada pada daerah ketinggian membuat suasana pada malam hari semakin indah. Buat wisatawan muslim, dekat dengan mesjid, serta mudah menemukan makanan halal disekitar hotel dengan berjalan kaki. Bus gratis ke pantai patong dan jungceylon mall.
