Clean room, non-smoking floors, free good wifi throughout the building, kettle and mini-bar in the room, comfortable chairs for guests to sit in if they come to your room, luggage rack, space to sit with a computer if you need to work. Towel rack in the main room if you need to wash clothes and hang them out. Small, private balcony just big enough for the towel rack if you prefer to dry clothes outside. Well worth visiting if you have to come to Mahachai. In some other reviews, people said the breakfast buffet was meagre; I disagree. There were several types of protein (eggs, ham, sausages, fish, pork), plus bread, croissants, rice-porridge, soup, salad, and plenty of fruit. That's quite a bit, really, for the class of this hotel. I was impressed.
The fitness centre is a bit underwhelming. Four machines: two I didn't try, they looked too fragile. I tried the treadmill and couldn't get it working. I tried the stationary bike and found it quite good, but the readout didn't work. Other than those, there was one set of hand-dumbells. No fan, no aircon, and the machines were just sitting in a spare corner on the mezzanine floor of the premium section of the hotel (don't use the lift; go up the "straight" stairs behind the lift...they bypass the security door which is locked).
