This hotel is in a good location, only a short distance from the bus station and not far from the bus station. We stayed here for one night after taking a ferry from Bangkok to champion the next morning. The hotel has a cool design with clean surroundings. The shower in the room wasn't flooded with hot water, but had air conditioning so it was cool. They provide snacks and beverages to purchase. The breakfast was served in the fridge in the room. The staff were friendly and spoke English very well. The hotel was modern and clean, however the shower didn't have cold water, which was definitely needed, but there was air conditioning for when you were out. There is also a fridge in the room with snacks and drinks to purchase. The bus stop where we got there was quite distance from the hotel but right next to a very busy neighborhood market with lots to offer. At night there was what appeared to be a small kids fair with a few rides and a band playing, which would have been great but very loud and immediately next to the room.

Overall, the hotel is extremely pleasant and reasonably priced, only a short stroll from the railway and bus stations. After driving from Bangkok down to Champion, we stayed here for one night, taking a ferry to Oh Tao the next morning. Although the room's shower didn't have any cold water, which was clearly necessary, there was air conditioning for when you went out. The hotel was quite contemporary and spotless, but there was air conditioning for when you got out. Additionally, the room included a fridge full of beverages and snacks. Although it was directly next to a very busy local market with a lot to offer, the hotel was quite away from the bus station where we arrived. There was also what seemed to be a small children's fair at night, which was lovely but very loud and directly next to the room. The staff spoke plenty of English and was cheerful.
