This is a review which is being written sitting in same hotel using hotels wifi. We had taken 3 rooms and this is about common observations. Though hotel has a good swimming pool...but that's the only good. The rooms are badly designed. These is a slider glass section separating toilet from room Now comes the bad part. The glass section is open partially from many sides as sliders are not edge to edge. The toilet door always remains open.. no option of bolting. The coffee / fridge section is inside toilet and needs to open toilet window to make coffee or go inside toilet and make. The room service is pathetic, ask for anything and expect minimum 30-40 minutes delay. Expect No help from front desk as well. They are running 10 buildings of room with Minimum staff. There is a software based lighting control.. which is a night mare... wrong light's keep turning on and off.. my main Ligh t never turned off...and housekeeping was helpless. Same was issue in adjoining rooms toilet light (glass toilet is in bedroom itself) And last is the reading light coming out of your pillow Attaching pics also. Better avoid if with family...or friends for privacy issues and useless problems. If coming single..you can get atleast get better options.

Recently I did my quarantine at this hotel (11th June to 25th June 2021) and I rate this hotel as a fantastic one with good value for money. The airport pick up from Suvarnabhoomi as greeted by the hotel staff and brought to the hotel. The check in process was quick. The room was spacious & clean with comfortable bed & linen, very clean toilet , enough storage space, fast wifi , the window of the room can be open to get fresh air with a partial sea view from the room. Throughout my stay the staff were very friendly, kind and attentive. Any thing you order from the room through Line will be delivered within minutes. The nurse was prompt to remind for the daily temperature reading to be send via line app. The food was with lots of choices from Thai, Indian & European . The Quantity, quality and the taste of the food was highly rated. Will surely come back to stay here and highly recommend this hotel those are looking for a quality stay / quarantine at an affordable price. Once again I would like to highly the fantastic services of the staff and Chef. They also got a huge pool though I could not use it due to quarantine.

really a best place I stayed, hotel have a signature swimming pool and the breakfast. It full of Ruski peopl which is very nice for us and we stayed all stay enjoyed too much which is also very nice Room clean 100%, pool big safe and my дочь liked too much,, the Trainee speak ruski very nice friendly and helped so much big big thankful, manager reception offer us bisplatno cuppicino cofee very nice generous people. I will again and again come,, recommend спасибо цитрусовым, чтобы сделать нашу сатай прекрасной

First of, big thanks for a decent room and general services at this hotel. This review is about the mindset of staffs. It’s a difficult times during the pandemic. It’s understandable for certain services not able to make the grade. However, the disregards of hospitality mindset is unacceptable. I’m stucking in the quarantine at this hotel. I had a package needed to be delivered to my room. Unfortunately, there’s a delay for couple days plus some misfortunes from the parcel services. The sender complaint to the hotel. From what he said he told the hotel and didn’t say rude things- ‘Don’t you have a department to take care parcel?’ said he. I have rang the hotel and asked ’May you please check the parcel for me? It’s shown as delivered’ - ‘We’re busy’ ‘Ring the other number’. Ok got it. To be flank, there was a mixed between nice and irresponsible. Nonetheless, I was aware that I shouldn’t bother them too much as well. But shouldn’t I worry about the ‘delivered package’ on the tracking? Thanks to the excellence customer service. 2 days later when the packages arrived they rang me, and gave me some beautiful words. They rang me and said ‘it’s inappropriate to complain to us, We didn’t make mistake’ ‘You called us yesterday and wrongfully complaint to us’ I said ‘No i didn’t call you, it’s the sender’. They denied and said no it was me. We exchanged the non-senselessness for a bit. If it was me on the other side of phone line I would have said to myself ‘I’m glad that customer got the packages’ ‘It’s a bit rough but I’m glad that we made it’. On the other hand, they said ‘You were wrong!’. Even though it wasn’t me who complaint to them earlier?. I’d like to lightly asked why would the staff who talked to me why would you lost the head over some minor stuffs? As a professional myself, I work in a much colder business. I could but I have never raised such voice inappropriately like that? I’m wondering would I ever got raised, paid, or earned respects from my customers- if i declared oneself in such manner. I have had much much worse hotels before. This hotel is quite nice actually. However, my past experience when something went sour I got some sincere apologies. So i carried on, and never had a real complain before. In a lifetime i never had a hospitality staffs tried to pick a senseless fight with me. It’s a 2 stars from me. 1 star for the apologies from manager. I totally understand that it’s impossible for humans management to be impeccable. But it’s hard for me not to upset by it.

My parents was asking me to write this review so it might help the other people to don’t hesitate and choose this hotel for your quarantine period. Fist of all, it’s the cost of living in this hotel is the lowest one from the ASQ hotels list. Cheapest and worth it. Impossible but it’s true. Food is very delicious. You will definitely love the food part during your quarantine. Staff are friendly and attentive. Each time I brought something for my parents they get it immediately. Also, when my parents ask staff for anything they was always willing to help. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want to spend your quarantine without any stress, with good food and friendly ambiance by Citrus P.S. room 601 very grateful for your service
