Good location right next to patong beach. The hotel is fairly new and feels quite fresh. The rooms are spacious. Only downside is the bathroom having a bit strange smell but the cleaning service is working hard on keeping the rooms tidy. Overall happy with our stay for a couple of nights, more than that I would aim for a hotel offering a bit more in terms of quality and service.

The hotel was pleasant to stay in, the room was a good size, nice and clean. Good location for walking around patong. The only downside was that the breakfast wasnt great, other than that it was faultless.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was quite good, the only problem was that hot water occasionally came in and out. Facilities were very clean. Rooftop was nice - the pool wasnt the cleanest but it was fine. Location was good if you want to be close to things in patong but its a noisy area and you can hear the street from the room.

The rooms could be cleaner because of the rooftop, which has a bar and pool. However, the room is not soundproof, so you can hear everything from the street. The personnel are pleasant. Good location.

Good location, close to the main boulevard, 5 minutes walk to beach and 10 minutes walking to bangla road. Breakfast is good. There is a good turkish restaurant downstairs. Not very clean. The photo from booking and websites is not up to date. Its not different but not so new like in the pictures. Staff and balcanic style of fooling you for something they think you are unaware. We had boarding chinese flight and arrived at the hotel around 10 pm. First they said checkin is at 2 pm, after that they will do their best to give us tainted room at 12 and after 5 min while finishing the papers they told us that the rooms could be ready in 10 min if we pay the early check in fee. Aweful gesture. Dec 31 no one would leave that day, so the bedrooms had to be cleaned and prepared. From the start, they say check out at 200 pm or now and it will cost 1000 thb per room.

We had been looking at desert and concrete for the past two months, so we were eager to see patong and its beauty. We booked through a travel consultant for savoring taipei sea view room. The first room we saw was also on the first floor, small and the balcony overlooked bins and masonry walls. I was able to get an upgrade to ps 1000 suite. It was nice enough, but the terrace - all balconies face each other with about 3 meters of space between them. You are looking out onto other rooms and another dark white wall with metal barriers and glass balustrade. A little paint and some greenery would make it so different. Not suitable for children at all. More suitable as lone travelers or couples. Breakfast was very poor, we once had breakfast. However, the roof top bar is good, hotel is clean, and staff is very friendly and helpful. Bangla road is quite close by, which means the rooftop bar plays bass line music continuously (other genres are available), but there is excellent glazing and most nights we slept well. This is more of opulent party goers. Food in the restaurant on this rooftop bars is delicious, especially the ultan grill downstairs is the best indian food weve ever had. Walking everywhere is easy and central.

The good: Amazing staff. Super friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and serviced regularly. Shower was broken on arrival but fixed quickly on request. The not so good: Bathroom was missing hanging hooks, and bed base was an exposed wooden box. WiFi seemed to drop in and out but otherwise fast. Beachside rooms very noisy due to nearby busy street, would benefit from double glazed windows / doors. I enjoyed my 11 night stay and would likely return.
