I would heartily suggest this hotel, particularly for its beachfront accommodations. The beach is spotless, and snorkeling is excellent for Oh Sami. Three nights were spent in perhaps the most wonderful bay during our 10-week trip to Thailand. We were upgraded to a sizable beach room with our own lounge. The hotel was clean, had pool towels, and had the usual amenities. There are beach bars and restaurants within walking distance, which I would recommend. The pool was clean, with 2 sun loungers, plenty of tables, and chairs, and a beautiful view. The staff was kind and helpful, including when removing a sizable spider they thought was little with a grin and friendly converse.

Amazing secluded cove, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas but still close enough to everything. Staff at the resort were lovely, made our stay one to remember. The views from our room were second to none. Our balcony was HUGE with comfortable sun chairs and umbrella. Room was very clean and well stocked.

Deux petit bémol : situé sur le bord de la route, donc les chambres attenantes, soumis aux bruits de la circulation, mais rien de bien gênant; l'hôtel manque un peu de rafraichissement. voilà, très bon souvenirs de notre séjour.

We have just returned from an extended stay at Crystal Bay thanks to tropical storm Pabuk, which meant that the airport closed and we had to rearrange our flights. Crystal Bay were a great support - helping us in contacting the respective airlines and promising that they would provide us with a room until we could get a flight home. Nong was especially amazing and couldn't do enough to try and make things as stress free as possible for us. Aside from this the beach resort is great, and we would highly recommend staying here to anybody - families, couples or singles. All the staff are very friendly, the rooms and facilities are good, the pool is nice and the beach is beautiful. Reception staff are great at helping with any additional needs, such as taxis, car hire, excursions etc. The hotel also runs a free shuttle between the resort and the nearest town of Lamai.
