The room was small, but clean. The toilet was clean and they provide toiletries. the staff friendly and helpful.

Untuk kesekian kalinya saya ke thailand dan selalu menginap di de lauvender hotel. karena letak yang sangat strategis. keluar hotel langsung ketemu orang jualan. Tempat makan gak jauh dan tempatnya selalu ramai. Jangan takut kelaparan dan gampang menemuan taxi, tuktuk. Juga dekat dekat MRT

Room not same as publish picture!! Got the highest floor of the room, enter room feel like already got in to sauna room. Bathroom terrible small!!! The funniest thing is on my second night baby cockroach come out hosting party.
Request to change another room. Sorry!! Our rooms is reserved for VIP. What is this service provide for customer who have paid. What kind of VIP you will serve for this broke hotel.
NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! Otherwise you will regret
Over price for this broke quality, service hotel.

I booked 2 rooms for my family but only found out that hotel pictures is not true in person. rooms are small, small lift, noisy and super hot. been travelling for so long but this is the worse hotel that i ever had. After we checked in and we are about to reach our room, we noted the staff using the room toilet, I booked for 3 nights but we only stayed few hours and we left the hotel, we find another hotel to stay in because we couldn't take the noise. not recommended at all..

As others have stated, fake photos used....
the smallest rooms EVER!
To access it your transport must double park in the market you then walk through a market alley past the food stalls to get there....
It’s not the cheapest option price wise and there are better cheaper hotels available with more features and amenities.
However the receptionist was absolutely lovely and tried his best to make it right...but just nope - avoid....

Room was small and not as pictured in website. No wardrobe and safe to keep valuables. No cafe to have breakfast. They will bring breakfast to your room every morning. Phone is not working in the room. Doors are not soundproof or fire proof. You can hear people talking and shouting along the corridors and in next room. It was very annoying especially late at night. Bags of stock were piling up on staircases and the hotel lobby which is going to be a fire hazard. Given the same pricing it will be better off to choose another hotel just down the next alley. Will not stay here again.
