This property is a disaster. The heat in these boxes (sold to customers as "room") is unbearable. Airconditioning, while in place, can only be regulated by the receptionist, or the neighbour in the other room. The problem is that one ac unit goes for two rooms - through a hole in the wall. This means that you either are cold or - much more often - nearly suffocate because there is no fresh air circling if the people in the other room or the receptionist decide to switch off the ac.
Secondly, the coming and going of guests all through the night means that there is not much rest.
Also, the walk to the airport is quite a strain if you have to carry a suitcase. This has to be considered.
A better option is to either book a real hotel near Don Mueang - and pay only a little more for it-, or stay in the city for the night. If you have an early morning flight (as I did), a taxi ride from Sukhumvit to Don Muean will only take 20 minutes anyway.
