We booked the hotel via Agoda and had paid before our arrival. We reached the hotel late at night and there was no one there and the door was locked so we called the number posted on the window. She nicely said she'll send someone to the hotel in minutes. 5 minutes later, there was a person came to the hotel, no greeting, no smiling, just opened the door. She checked us in and guided to the room which was on the 3rd floor, NO ELEVATOR. We had 1 traveling luggage and 2-3 bags, she didn't help us carry anything at all. After she sent us into the room, she came back to give me my purse because I forgot it downstairs. The room was quite small but well designed. It's new, clean and trendy. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was served in the room at around 9.30 even though we were not hungry. The location was a bit far from the city. I wouldn't come back if I have to stay on the 3rd floor and if there is no one to help me carry the bags.
