We spent one night here as the only guests. While the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms were not very good value for money. While only four years old, the rooms are showing their age. The beds were of low quality and very hard. The TV had no remote control and had only Thai channels. Wifi was very slow and only really adequate for email. With its peeling paint, our balcony had great views of Doi Tung, but if you looked at the murky fish pond below, there was trash and construction debris.
Keep in mind that this resort is located on a lane off the main road, about 10 km from Mae Sai. The sign on the main road is only in Thai and has no English, so if you cannot read Thai, it will not be easy to find. Information in the room was also only in Thai language. There are no restaurants within easy walking distance, and there is no restaurant on site, so you will need your own transportation. The included breakfast offered few choices so we skipped it.
