Staff are friendly, very accommodating, and exceeded our expectations. Restaurant had great drink and food options at very reasonable prices. Rooms are spacious, clean and had everything we needed. For those who prefer firm beds, this is the hotel for you. Location is great. Walkable to a couple temples, stores, restaurants, and an amazing massage spa called "Good Herb Massage" that is family-run and very clean.

The staff at Hotel Gord were amazing. They gave us ideas of where to visit and were willing to book us a taxi. The room we had was on the top floor. It was spacious and clean. The hotel is within walking distance (25 mins) to the Food Market and the shops. We sometimes got a tuk tuk for 200 bhat if we didnt fsncy walking. A great hotel, about 15 mins from the airport. We booked taxis through 'Grab' and this was very convenient.

We loved having Gord Chiang Mai as our home base while exploring the city. The rooms were modern, clean, with a big comfortable bed, and a large bathroom with good water pressure. The complementary breakfast that was included with our room was a great way to start each day. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central and easy to walk to the Old Town temples during the day and the weekend night markets. Bonus there is a sweet and delicious chocolate shop across the street which we made a point to visit each afternoon. We will be back!

We stayed in the connecting room (2 rooms, 2 king beds, 2 bathrooms). Everything was fantastic! Beautiful common areas with multiple koi ponds. Strong air-conditioning, delicious breakfast included, tons of cold water bottles offered to us, very walkable location. Traffic in old-town gets a bit congested during rush hours — try to walk, bike, or ride on a motorbike via Grab, versus taking a car.

I've been in love with this hotel since 2018 during my stay. It's a peaceful and pleasant place with a very kind staff, a tasty, nutritious breakfast that you can consume next to a water reflection filled with fish and lots of plants. Choose a grd floor room and you'll be close to birds and squirrels, trees, and a lovely view! Also, there is a free bicycle available for riding around the channel of the tha phase gate or visiting temples.

Our family of four stayed in a loft room on the ground floor and loved everything about it. Our room was nicely furnished, spacious, and peaceful, and we all had excellent nights' sleep during our three nights there. The hotel is elegantly decorated, with beautiful koi ponds surrounding it, and is very clean, especially considering the no footwear policy, which applies to rooms. In addition, we liked the complimentary beverages, snacks, bicycles, and other amenities. The staff is kind, extremely helpful, and particularly a boy. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options and always some new options for everyone to sample. They will gladly store your baggage for you at any time. The location is ideal for walking everywhere! Good Chiang Mai is among the nicest boutique hotels we've stayed at, and we hope it will remain exactly as we had anticipated.

This is a beautiful small hotel, just a short walk from the sunday night market, one minute's walk from a few temples, and next to the night market and the food night market. The room is great, the cleanliness is also good. The employees had a good vibe.

Great boutique hotel with breakfast. Close to old town etc. The receptionist was friendly and helpful enough to carry our luggage to our room. There is no elevator in the hotel, so if you want to use the low floor, pack your bags.
