This hotel has good maintenance and is strategically located in Soi 4 Sukhothavit. The hotel staff are really friendly and courteous, they will make you feel welcome and all the rooms are well equipped and everything works as it should. I really feel safe and at home here.

I won't judge a book by its cover, it's clean, it's also very comfortable. They moved me to a suite because my shower broke down, it was really spacious, comfortable, clean, and without an extra charge. The staff is amazing, very high quality and up to standard of a 5-star hotel. I will stay there again.

This is one of the few hotels that open near Soi 4 area in Sukhothavit. Covid 19 has closed the other hotels for much longer periods. The hotel is a boutique hotel but it is obviously pretty old and tired. The staff is lovely, but the rooms are basic and in need of some love.

The hotel is close to nightclubs and restaurants. I had the opportunity to stay here part of the first week of July. The hotel has a modern look about it and my room had a modern design with color. The rooms are a bit small, but plenty for 1 or 2 people. Unfortunately the refrigerator does not have a freezer section, which for me is important because I need to keep certain things frozen. The bed is large and not over hard or soft, there is a mini bar in the fridge. The staff is very friendly and have good English speaking skills. Breakfast was not included in the room rate. Wifi was great and had some issues. Overall a nice small hotel near to all food, clubs, it, and stalls.

We stayed for 3 nights. The reception was pretty unfriendly, the land of smiles is not in this hotel! The room was good, good size with a large double bed, bathroom good. The room is clean and well looked after, modernized recently it would appear. No window in the room but no problem. Shower has good water pressure but no hot water, asked reception but no action. The location of the hotel is ideal for soi 4 and other roads nearby, soi 8 is about 10 minutes walk away.
